Would you like to see Bethesda's RPG masterpiece appear on GOG? It may be happening considering Skyrim came against all doubt.
I highly doubt it'll be before next-gen update release in 2023, more like some time after it.

LOL. Yes, some of us wouldn't mind replaying that mediocre game if it comes to GOG at some point.
Well, we finally got Skyrim after 11 years, so you can reasonably ready your wallet for a swift 2026 release...

New Vegas is already here. Bethesda doesn't really have an RPG masterpiece to their name.

No offense to your preferences, but I don't think I've ever heard anyone referring to Fallout 4 as Bethesda's RPG masterpiece until now.

It's a game lots of people play a lot of and then pretend they hate. It's a solid game.

It's a solid game. Absolutely. But I just didn't enjoy it that much. The leveling system, the dialog system... the world and base building... it just didn't feel good to me after playing New Vegas. It's a solid game. Poop is also solid. Solid isn't a compliment. But it's not a terrible game. It's just not very good.

Makes sense, since I've never played the game myself and remember seeing many bad reviews about the game. Or maybe it was Fallout 76. With that in mind, again, I've still never heard people calling Fallout 4 as Bethesda's RPG masterpiece. On the other hand, it is Fallout New Vegas that has been receiving many praises. (I've never played the older Fallout games, so I don't know the overall opinion that people have towards those games)
I tried to play Fallout 4 but I was totally bewildered by the settlement building. It was so un-fallout like I couldn't work out what the heck it was all about.

Mostly cheap padding. Type "Fallout" into howlongtobeat.com and FO4 = 158hrs vs FO:NV = 131hrs. That doesn't mean it's a 20% better game, just padded out more in the same annoying way Dragon Age Inquisition's +50% vs Origins is mostly just 'more froth than beer' obvious filler "sidequest spam". As for the plot, wasn't FO4 just a copy-paste of FO3 with "you emerge from a vault looking for your missing parent / child" flipped around? Very 'creative'...

I didn't bother with most of that. I liked the idea, but not the execution. The myriad of settlements constantly under attack also got annoying very quickly.
Only really good game is the first Fallout, Fallout 2 and New Vegas were ok. Fallout 4 is terrible, should never be sold on Gog and anyone who requests it should be banned, with their games collection distributed among other users.

Of course. I want every game laced with DRM to eventually come to this No-DRM service.

New Vegas is a better game because of much better writing and a lot more choice and consequence. Still on a base gameplay level, what you're doing 95% of the time is the same, and FO4 has better combat. So it's all relative really. New Vegas is probably my favorite "Bethesda style" game since Morrowind, but that doesn't mean FO4 is bad. It's way better than FO3 as well.
