it says i have fallout 3 dlc in the launcher for fallout 3 but it will not load them and downloads is greyed out in game what do i do? ps the gog ga,e is second hand no key for gog galaxy.

if you haven't bought the game from GOG I doubt you can use the DLC from GOG.

there is no such thing as second hand gog games
