Great game with fun mechanics, good (kb) controls and charismatic environments (i love egyptian themes) Even if roguelike games usually tire me at the end, this is a really nice gift!

Thank you GOG y gracias, Crema cremita! :D

GOG.com: Immortal Redneck becomes a giveaway
Thanks for the freebie, GOG and Crema Games!
Much appreciated.
Thank you
Always considered it an interesting and potentialy very fun game, Some borderlands, some Serious Sam, maybe Redneck Rampage, replayable... a game to be reinstalled from time to time.

Thanks for the new giveaway, again, sadly I won't be able to run it in my computer wannabe-coffe maker

SCPM: The GOG sale page still says more to come, can we expect one more surprise? :)

Well, for me, I'd love to see Dragon's Dogma 2 on GOG. Of course, as soon as Capcom makes its official release. Until a few months ago it seemed to be just a rumour (confirmed by the Japanese developer and publicist during the game's 10th anniversary stream). Now it's official.

Incidentally, Capcom is one of the most iconic companies in the video game industry with little (brand) presence on GOG. In the last few days I've seen re-releases (for PC-DOS) like Mortal Kombat Trilogy by Warner. The truth is that I'm holding out hope that Capcom will at least (remember us GOG users and customers) with some videogame of the original Street Fighter or Super Street Fighter II series (those same ones that were released for PC-DOS), the Mega Man X series or Final Fight! or any of their other memorable franchises.

Please, GOG can you try to bring something else from Capcom to the platform. I would really appreciate it!

Either an error or it'll probably be an insomnia encore
Thank you, gog, for the free game, although I'm really bad at rogue-likes!

It's a lite. You can get permanent upgrades between runs to such a degree, that you will be basically immortal and 1-2 shot everything if you do enough runs to upgrade everything. At that point, the only relevant thing left to do is either start a new game or try the endless dungeon, which eventually reaches a point where everything one shots you due to infinite scaling.

Allow me to dispel your delusion for you. Capcom doesn't care about GOG at all. I would actually put money down on the fact that they don't even remember we exist. The original Dragon's Dogma still has never received the patches/updates that Steam got literally years ago. Years.

I will happily eat my words if they suddenly remember we exist and release DD2 here, but I won't even consider buying it until they first give us the patches/updates for 1 first.
Well that was a nice little surprise for the weekend and a great way to weed out that pesky firstpersonophobia that I still have.

I've been playing for a bit and see that the rogue elements are extremely light. I've played some non rogue likes that were more punishing than this. You basically fail upwards, and I'm pretty good at failing.

Thanks developers, and thanks GOG!

(And could you finally open pre-orders for Return to Monk... ahhh you know it already)

Well, the latest update for the game (The Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen) on GOG is version 1.0.18 from June 2017 (I also have the GOG version). On Steam, the latest update recorded by the platform is from 18 December of the same year. And, in 2020, the ''Masterworks Collection'' version was added to Steam, which includes the game's Soundtrack. On GOG, Capcom is the developer and publisher of at least two games (or franchises). And well, the hope for that to change is something not to lose (even if it sounds stupid). :)
Thanks again for a free game. :)
Fun game. Too bad we never also recieved the soundtrack too here on GOG though. I asked the developer years ago but sadly I never got any reply.
IR is one of these fun games that are always installed on my PC no matter what; much appreciated Crema & GOG!r
