If I had to use a usb floppy drive, I would do as follows
a) create a "Dosbox" drive, that I would mount as D: ( for example, mine is E:\Dosbox\VirtualD ) (Z:\>MOUNT D yourpathtoyourVD )
b) mount my USB floppy as A: (Z:\>MOUNT A youdriveletter -t floppy)
c) from the dosbox UI, go to A: and launch the install, specifying as install drive D:\EOB
d) the game is then in the virtual D. If you check it from your Windows , you have to go see in the Virtual drive ( so in my case E:\Dosbox\VirtualD\EOB )
But actually, most people will simply create images of the floppies and mount that image as A: in dosbox ( with IMGMOUNT and the +... option ) : Z:\>IMGMOUNT A C:\Images\MyImage1.iso C:\Images\MyImage2.iso etc -t iso , allowing to cycle between the images with ctrl-F4

I do not expect an answer from the OP,after tinye talking to him via chat.
Edit. (smart mouth has shut up shop).
ADDED.

If talking out of your ass was an Olympic event he'd be on the cover of a WEATIES box.
Granted, the same could be said of me, but at least I admit it. :P

SOLUTION:
I got it working. I needed to set aside some memory as I mounted the c drive. (i.e. mount c c:\ -freesize 1024) Then, I realized that for some reason the install.exe was installing BACK onto the floppy drive. I mean it was creating folders on the floppy drive, and then dumping the data from disk 1 & 2 (not 3 & 4, mind you) onto those folders, so then I had half a game on those folders. Well, I deleted those folders and re-did the whole thing, installing it onto my C: drive once more without those pesky floppy folders and with plenty of memory to go around. Every thing worked! Ho-ray!
