Excuses excuses is all i hear about the delay in giving back my money. I didnt play the game or download it and i notified them on release except i was informing the Gear website instead of GOG.

To think i pre-ordered this on the GOG website as i wanted them to get 100% the money and i get this customer service response in return. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY GAME FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN. and i WILL BE consulting MY BANK !
