It was painful to watch that points announcer guy from Russia that was scared shitless. Don't remember what year it was but I felt sorry for him. I actually thought he was about to faint or something.

With obsolete I mean its enforced by EU and has zero effect on the economy which summer time was supposed to be all about. Why CET? It means Central European Time and everybody understands what that means. Eitherway this is a thread about eurovision not time zones.

Can't believe Belarus dude didn't make it to finals. Georgia song is cool. Belgium also. Russia or Australia might win since they are the favorites everywhere. As for my country Serbia, i hope we can make it to top 10.

So after watching all of the finalist here are my 5 cents:
Sadly this Eurovision is fragmented again - we have:

- a really good singers, with beautiful voices (Austria, Italy, Israel and Poland);
- amazing visual performances - originally thought Australia's visual performance was the best, but then Russia's one blew my mind, the Lithuanian one was also amazing and lively;
- nice songs;

but not all in one best package of the 3 :(

As a whole I really liked:

The Netherlands - Douwe Bob - Slow Down
Cyprus - Minus One - Alter Ego
France - Amir - J'ai Cherché
United Kingdom - Joe & Jake - You're Not Alone

They are all nice, but unfortunately they all sounded somewhat typical to me so they are my runner-ups.

After all, now I really think ours Poli Genova - If Love Was A Crime (Bulgaria) have a real chance to win!

For me her only rival, the one that I will vote for is Frans - If I Were Sorry (Sweden) - the only song that I could listen and re-listen later.

These are the two entries that have the best combination of the 3 elements (song/music, visuals and voice) and I really hope they will be in the top 2!

Didn't watch the semi-finals, did Ireland not even qualify? :o
