GreasyDogMeat: Its a simple question. I want to know if facts and research are now considered the above or if we can actual have rational discussions now.

I'm seeing a pattern on this thread. People pointing out actual facts and getting downvoted to hell and others posting nonsense based on nothing more than emotion getting upvoted.

As for a solution... yes... reformation. Until that happens no more refugees. The teachings of Islam are incompatible with western values. Well, the irony is the less a Muslim follows his religion the more westernized he is.

I strongly advise BOTH the so called 'haters' and the 'tolerant' leftist here to READ THE QURAN!
Looking back to my books: Oh okay, there is my edition of the quran. Did you read the bible? Of course you do. Then let me ask again a little bit harsher: Did you ever read a confession of faith without ambiguity? What do you think would happen if we would go back in time and interpret the bible word by word? Whoho, we have a winner here! Exactly the same: So it is on us all helping to find a way out the circle of violence. And this is not possible with being or feeling supreme by telling everybody here the islam is guilty. Damn about the islam? Damn us all, would be even better ... we let it happen going back to conservative pictures of the world. Look at the time those confessions were written: Full of prejudices. Looking at our time? Hmm, again ... full of prejudices and at the brink of destruction because people like being supreme (supreme idiots in my point of view, but that's another story). :-)

fables22: Who said we'd be fighting an invisible enemy? There's plenty of very, very visible enemies. Alt accounts? Yes. Report and rep? Indeed. Hate speech, racism, xenophobia? Yes, yes, and yes. Why would it have to be one or the other? It needs to be all or nothing (and it's been shown just fine by now that that option does not work), otherwise we'd move nowhere.

Yes, there is a rough idea of what is going to be done, and the most important features of it will be implemented soon. Before the features are in effect, the community will be made aware of the fact that the rules have changed (if they end up changing), as well as what the consequences of breaking them are.

The solution is simple (Keep Islam/Muslims) out of your countries and leave it alone..How is trying to Westernize/Liberalize the world not "White Supremacy"?

fables22: I'm not saying I agree with what you've been saying, buy I a 100% agree with this. For some people, discussion equals throwing insults and slurs around. Until there's something other than just that, what's the point of pretending we're even having a discussion in the first place?
Appreciate this. Both sides have a tendency of tossing around buzz words that do nothing but shut the conversation down.

Seriously? So the Muslims, even ALL Muslims are responsible in your point of view? Wow, ignorance is the very first impression and the best solution as always. So let the people die in their country, this is not "our" problem? Interesting! Sidenote: What would happen if thie would the other way round? When we here are in trouble and had to knock on the doors of those countries? Wouldn't it be nice finding there friends instead of enemies? But hey, what do I even know about those things? I'm just an idealist and within the words of some people here a "leftist". ;-)

Here is the problem... Christianity has had reformations... Islam has not. Look at the violence (quantity and types) committed today comparing Christian crimes against Muslim crimes. They do not remotely compare. Every... single... day someone dies with the last words they hear being ALLAHU AKBAR! By your very wording... "What would happen if we would go back in time". We're not back in time... there is no reason to go back in time... we're in the here and now and in the here and now Christianity is not the issue.

Ehm, sorry? I won't take this "shoe" but you have recognized the so-called supremacy some people here see as solution? And yes: There is a solution. Stop bombing people in other countries and think these wars stay there. Stop supporting dictators! Stop delivering weapongs to EVERY side and make money with pain and agony.

Reflection is the word to go. The question: What can I do? Not: What can others do? And the answer is not: Let the people die in their country.

Probably thanks to the media brainwashing the west has received. The same media that actually tried to blame the Orlando shooting on American conservatives. I've listened to some brilliant Muslim women who are trying to promote reformations. I'm trying to find one now so I can post her video.

So you think war is a local problem of those countries? If should stay there? Remember: In a global world there is no further restriction to any conflict. What the people have to suffer in their contires we have also to suffer and there is no way to stop this with "nationalism" or closing borders or being "fast and furios" about guessing the responsible person with any religion.

There is another one I've listened to in the past but having trouble finding her.

The problem is people like her are the vast minority. They are pretty much ignored and shunned by the community at large.

Its my sincere hope that Islam is reformed in the future... but until that time comes we need to be careful about who we let into our countries. Too many of our people are being sacrificed at the alter of 'tolerance'.

There are no " wild beasts": There are people killing people. Bad enough, but you can't change anything with talking about rejection. And talking about "All muslims are guilty!" or talking about "wild beasts" doesn't change. We have to look on the wording: You don't want to protect your fellow europeans, the victims are just used as instruments. Shame on us all letting this happen!
