(I don't know if you can act for this turn but if you can, maybe you can detach your shield and use your flail to swing at the Hag's kneecaps. She should still be vulnerable because of Loradan's Dispel magic spell. You could also scream so that maybe the rest of the party knows where you are.)

FlockeSchnee: 58 - FlockeSchnee - Tanea - Halfling Shaman
I just scrambled out of the way of those potentially fleeing from the smoke (and therefore probably fire somewhere in there) and look at Gilius like he just sprouted a second head. "My Ice Elemental?" Is he loosing his wits now? I wouldn't be surprised, seeing that this place seems to do strange things to me too.

(Sidenote: Fire is a no-no for Ice Elementals. "Protection From Elements" wouldn't work.)
Precisely.
If the ice melts when under the fire, it will produce water to douse the flames and save the painting (and what's in it).

BenKii: (I guess Peloquin doesn't know how fires work. It doesn't matter if the air is cold or not, fires thrive on oxygen and you just gave it giant fuel canister of it. The only way to stop a fire is to either douse it in water or starve it of oxygen. Since we don't have water, you could find something to throw on top of the fire to starve it of oxygen. Or, this might be a long shot, drop the painting facedown on the ground. The fire is on the front side so by letting it fall down, it should instantly extinguish itself.)

(I was speaking to him outside of the game. Player to player talk. I didn't see any harm in providing advice to him or other players. It's still up to them to decide what's best for their game.)
Current Actions Summary:

58 - FlockeSchnee - Tanea - Halfling Shaman
Tanea shakes out of the shock and looks around. When she notices the now closed left door, she stomps over and opens it with a "Hiding in here while ..." on her lips. Once she notices the smoke in there, she will hurriedly give the door a shove to open fully and scramble out of the way, so she doesn't get trampled by those surely desperate to get out of there.
The Ice Elemental will stand next to the former right (warded) door, take a look inside and ... send Tanea a picture of what he sees or if that doesn't work, just tell her what he sees.
Should anyone coming out of the left room require healing, Tanea will heal them.
Should Web (or anyone else) get out of there with a painting in hand, she will ask incredulous "Why are you carrying that around?"

4 - sasuke12 - Strigon - Drow Necromancer
As I said before, in post 387, " It would be a shame if the creature coming out of the paintings was friendly and wanted to attack the Hag in our defence"
It would be a good idea to get the door of left room open soon to get our trapped teammates out and also to put out the flames on the painting being burned.
If the door is stuck, I suggest destroying it with physical weapons as soon as possible.

63 - Genocide2099 - Fish - Half Orc Berserker
Let's worry about the hag later. There's a dragon coming for us!
I'll try smashing the left door to let out those who are trapped inside.

40 - Pouyou-pouyou - Gilius - Dwarven Druid
I open the door to the left room. When it is done, as soon as I see the smoke, I cast Clean Air in it ASAP.
Seeing the central painting in fire, I yell : "Tanea ! Can you use your Ice Elemental to somehow extinguish the flames?
Maybe igniting that painting wasn't the best idea at all !! Tanea or anyone, extinguish that goddamn fire ! All others, get out of that room NOW !!"
I stay outside of the room, near the door. And I also take a quick glance through the busted door into the room which the hag came from.

68 - matterbandit - Peloquin - Dwarven Thief
Friendly or not, that fast approaching Golden Dragon cannot possibly fit inside this snug room we are in when it pops out of that burning painting. I dash towards Rufus and forcefully steal the burning painting from his grip. Trying as much as I can to extinguish some of the flames as I bolt back to the left painting carefully insert the flaming painting into the desolate scenery, hoping the cold mountain air will extinquish the remainder of the flames. All this, in the hopes that should the Golden Dragon be a friendly entity, it would have more room to manifest within the desolate scenery rather than inside this tiny smokey room. If Golden Dragon is not-so-friendly, well, this may all buy us some precious time!

67 - Testor0 - Rufus - Human Cleric
Rufus takes his Returning Silver Light-Hammer, looks the direction taken by Peloquin , aims at the center of the evading smokey painting and he launchs the weapon in order to tear the painting apart.
Right after, he whispers in the ear of the Holy Guadian. He takes a big and clean breath at the breathable ground, then lets the Guardian helps him.
He finally lets his returning weapon come back to him by itself.

57 - ConsulCaesar - Siegfried - Human Paladin
If the left door cannot be opened by other means, I use brute force with my sword and rescue whoever is still lying there.
I join BenKii in the search of the Hag and Roosevelt, sword in hand.

25 - BenKii - BenKii - Human Warrior
I move to the scene where the Hag teleported and examine the area for clues where she could've taken Roosevelt (Damn, why did my tricorder have to been inoperable as well? Would come in handy right about now). I then move to the entrance of the right door and inspect what's inside. I rally others to follow me to save our missing comrade.

13 - paladin181 - Roosevelt - Human Paladin -- MIA
(I'm gone. As far as anyone knows I may as well be dead)

Haven't taken turn yet:

45 - phaolo - Loradan - Elven Mage
76 - Lemon_Curry - Shins A'Hoy - Halfling Thief
38 - ZyloxDragon - Roy Jenks - Half-Orc Battemage
74 - runnerex - Yeenwi - Drow Necromancer

74 - Yeenwi - Drow Necromancer

Yeenwi levitates a little closer to the space between the two doors, careful not to breathe any smoke coming from the left room.

(With all due respect, Testor0, to be fair, my actions remain exactly the same: I grab the burning painting and toss it into the left painting. Whether or not my "hopes" were to extinguish the flames changes nothing, because the consequence of my actions will depend on Doc and/or his dice, regardless of my "hopes".)

(Because you are in the room and you have cast an action against me, I will re-publish my post to include said statement.)

40 - Gilius, dwarven druid

If I can still act during this turn, I would like to cast some/all of the following spells (in that order) : Summon stone elemental (near me in the tunnel), Eagle wings on myself and Find traps in the hag's room.

(Done.)

Action Summary Updated
Loradan heard some confused ruckus coming from the left door, then suddenly someone shouting "FOOLS!".. and he mentally agreed, rolling his eyes.
Gilius and Tanea were already coming to the rescue anyway, so he chose to ignore the room.

Loradan was more worried about the Hag.
Where did she go? Could she return?
It seemed that she also kidnapped the paladin.

He wanted to reprimand Benki, but the warrior was already feeling quite visibly guilty.
"Don't worry, we'll rescue Roosevelt. But no more reckless acts, ok?" - he said to him.
(even if he didn't feel as positive about the paladin's fate)

The mage waited again in the tunnel, in case the Hag decided to come back.
He cast Levitate on himself, hovered 1.5m above the ground and changed position from the left wall to the right one.
He looked at the tunnel ahead with his infravision to see if anything changed over there and then kept an eye on the teleporting spot.

To add to my actions, I maintain a reasoanble distance from the ghasts summoned by Yeenwi the drow and keep a lookout on both sides of the tunnel.
** TURN 9 **

Western tunnel:

40 - Gilius - Dwarven Druid *rolls dice* goes to open the left door but is beaten to it by the Halfling. Casts Clean Air into the room *rolls dice* the air starts to become breathable again as the smoke dissipates. You yell at Tanea to extinguish the flames and for everyone to get out of the room.

58 - Tanea - Halfling Shaman snaps out of shock and stomps over and opens the left door. Smoke billows out into her face and a lot of coughing can be heard within. She scrambles out of the way of any leaving the room. Gilius casts a spell that starts to clear the smoke.
She peeks in to the room to pinpoint the source of the fire *rolls dice* and sees that the painting has been all but consumed.
Her Ice Elemental looks into the right room, he projects a mental image back to Tanea of what he sees. There is a skeleton, looks human, slumped in a corner by the door. scraps of flesh are still visible on the bones. Various other bones can be seen scattered around the room. A slab of wall turns red opposite the doorway.

45 - Loradan - Elven Mage is relieved that his spell worked (with a thank you from Tanea) but wonders where Roosevelt is.

4 - Strigon - Drow Necromancer goes to open the left door but sees Tanea do it then back away from the smoke. He keeps a lookout on both sides of the tunnel.

25 - BenKii - Human Warrior regret at his actions clouding his thoughts, squeezes past an Ice Elemental to get into the right room and hopefully rescue Roosevelt. He looks around the room in despair to see nothing but a recently gnawed on skeleton and various bones. A slab of wall turns red opposite the doorway.

63 - Fish - Half Orc Berserker goes to smash the left door but sees he doesn't need to.

68 - Peloquin - Dwarven Thief rushes past Rufus to grab what is left of the burning painting as the smoke starts to clear. *rolls dice* He tries to grab it but it is just a scrunched up ball of flame now. You console yourself with the knowledge that nothing will be coming out of that painting.

67 - Rufus - Human Cleric launches his Silver Light-Hammer at what he judges to be the center of the burning painting but hammer has no effect on it. He asks his Holy Guardian to launch him at Peloquin *rolls dice* but the thief is past him before this can happen.

57 - Siegfried - Human Paladin joins BenKii in searching the right room but finds nothing living. A slab of wall turns red opposite the doorway.

*In the left room the painting that was set alight, or what is left of it, drops to the ground sputtering out.*

74 - Yeenwi - Drow Necromancer levitates a little closer to the space between the two doors.

40 - Gilius - Dwarven Druid casts Summon Stone Elemental which appears near him, Eagle Wings on himself and Find Traps into the right room. *rolls dice* a slab of the wall turns red opposite the doorway.

45 - Loradan - Elven Mage shared comforting words with BenKii who was heading into the right room. He casts Levitate on himself hovers 1.5 metres above the ground, changing from the left wall to the right. He looks ahead but sees no sign of the Hag.

** I would like everyone to post any new equipment/ loot they have and also how many spells they have cast. If you have a summoned creature, please say what turn you summoned it **

I find it funny that not one person inside the left room thought to open the door and let the smoke out. Lucky for you, most of the people outside the room did think of it.

(The only new things I have in my inventory were the phaser and tricorder that you allowed me to have but some unknown force has drained them of all their power. Full inventory list below.)

Inventory:
Plate armour
2 x healing potion
amulet of infrared vision
long sword
shield
torch
inoperable phaser
inoperable tricorder
Looks like the Hag has been eating here for awhile now. But how did she eat so many people here when this door was magically sealed? Perhaps that glowing red slab may be another way out of this prison. Tanea, could you have your ice elemental check on that wall to see if it is safe for us to touch? Does anyone have a way to find out what this wall is?
