(Up the tunnel is away from the main chamber and further into the tunnel. Down the tunnel is back towards the main chamber. At least, this is how I understand it.)
(I only send them a little way up ahead out of reach of the first -the acid- trap. Unless Doc understood it differently or I didn't state it clear enough, they should be between the two traps and therefore away from everyone who is near Rufus body.)
(Sorry, phaolo, that I didn't specifically quote you back then, but I read your worry about them attracting attention from the centipede and I (silently) agreed, that's part of the reason I send them further into the tunnel. Also, Tane wouldn't want them to get hurt, now that they are no threat. She will leave them where they are, so noone has to worry about them "snapping out of it".)

Tanea, Halfling Shaman (female)
The next thing I notice, while sweeping my eyes up and down the tunnel, are two nightmares fighting each other (Amazing what a Necromancer can do, if things work out.) and Gilius's Stone Elemental and Siegfried killing another one. I startle when I hear Shins shout a warning, followed by BenKii screaming for Rufus. Who's Rufus? I turn around and see Gods Challenge, well, Rufus, lying near his hammer, that he didn't get to pick up, it seems. Impaled by arrows. Another trap! Lavish Hills, I need you, I can't do this, I'm no fighter. GET A GRIP! This is neither the time nor the place, Tanea! Breath, just breath. Finally I feel like I can take a step without sinking to the ground sobbing uncontrollably and I take a careful step, avoiding the now reset acid trap that Shins pointed out to all of us, towards where Rufus lies and BenKii is kneeling now. And then I take another one and another one. When I'm at level with the rats, I tell them to stay there for now. Out of the corner of my eye, I see the Dwarven Cleric head our way, to get to Rufus no doubt. I hurriedly whisper to the rats about the trap down the tunnel, where the Dwarven Cleric is stepping carefully, and the other one, up the tunnel where Rufus was hit, to be mindful about them, when they leave this area, I whisper about those nightmares and to just flee to wherever they see fit (they surely know this place better then me), if the nightmares come and to just flee if anything attacks them while they are waiting there. I have no idea, if they are capable of comprehending any of that, even though rats are supposed to be smart. And it is silly, seeing how they tried to kill us ... what was it? Seconds ago? Minutes? I lost sense of time. But now, that they are not attacking us, they look so ... harmless. Silly me. Next time we meet they will try to eat me again. But ... they aren't now. I let these thoughts go. Then I follow Shins. Throwing nervous glances back to the nightmares, ready to try and evade an attack, should one come. If the rats understood, what I told them. The sound of them fleeing should warn me, but I don't know, if they understood. But they did go where I told them, so they must understand something. Or was it just luck? Silly me. I let that go too, while throwing yet another nervous glance backwards.

58 - FlockeSchnee - Tanea - Halfling Shaman
Tanea stays alert (and her staff ready) to possible attacks and tells the rats to stay where they are and flee to wherever they see fit, if the nightmares come or they get attacked by anything (after she whispered to them about the traps, including their proximate locations, that silly Halfling Shaman).
Then she walks to wherever Shins is, still on alert (and her staff ready) und occasionally throwing nervous glances over her shoulder back towards the nightmares.
