Triock Ulagolor, Elven Paladin, casts "Cure Disease" on Roark, Elven Druid, while keeping safe distance from him and goes to the tall Hag to cut off her ringed hand and thus taking the ring.

Sulibor: I belive there you should cut the stocky's Hag ring. It could be cursed, so I could try to identify it.
Maybe you could levitate it off or something? I don't really want to stick around in the poison cloud around her body.

II belive Aslain the slayer of hag is near the corpse so he can quicly recover the ring as a his prize, if he will have any doubts he can approach me and I will check it.
Dunward orders summoned monster to follow and protect him. He approaches the place where he noticed the light and tries to find the source of it. If he fails to notice anything out of ordinary he will cast "detect secret". If the warewolf attacks him he will use his wand of silver darts, but he hopes he will not need to.

Hrm, I just realized that our Cleric has been standing around looking lost in thought for quite a while, and our druid is lost to bloodlust. That means there's probably no reviving going to be happening anytime soon...

babark:
Enough daydreaming about friendly voles, earth dryads or Dwarven Lords! Time for some revivals! :)
Beldarion steps beside Triock Ulagolor, while protecting others from the werewolf. In the case the cure disease spell doesn't work, Waihyra will provide a "sharper" cure to Roark.

You missed my actions in the post, the hag is still very much alive (or rather, badly hurt but still lives), and I'm the nearest to her since I attacked her physically, while Aslain was shooting at her from a distance. I'm not counting crazed Roark for obvious reasons.

"80 - Eranear - Elf Paladin *rolls dice* struggling through the poisonous gas you attack the prone tall Hag *rolls dice* you swing your hammer and with a crack like thunder you cave in the back of the evil creatures head. "

Unless the Doc said she's dead, she probably is still alive, since he's always said before when someone died.

Edit: If you re-read Aslain's entry, it says she has too many injuries to heal at once and that's why she drops to her knees, but it's a poetic way of saying she's badly wounded, she's not dead yet. So unless we get the ring off or finish her off, she'll keep regenerating (unless she needs to actively use it and isn't unconscious from my attack, like I had assumed).

59 - Cicatrix - Drow Ranger - Turn 13

Cicatrix bounds up the stairs as quickly as is safe, abandoning stealth for speed, although she does try to be conscious of the possibility of traps. These crazy dungeons always seem to have traps.

Cicatrix figures that the mess behind her will take some time to resolve and those adventurer types always seem to loot everything before moving on, but she wants to have as much distance as possible between herself and them just in case.

Aware of the possibility of pursuit, she focuses as much attention as she has left on her hearing, both forwards and backwards. So far no one has attacked her directly, but this is unlikely to last.

* * *

Out of character, according to the main list 16 of the 80 characters who started out are now dead. That's 20% after 13 turns and approximately 6 weeks.

I suspect the rate will accelerate, especially since the Southern group just had a big battle and won't refresh spells for 7 more turns.

Agreed. Someone with a sharpie needs to get in and remove the finger/ring before we assume she's toast.

I'll keep on the charm offensive and try to distract/calm/sooth the werewolf (shield at the ready) while the cure disease plays through.

Though it wouldn't hurt for the caster to PM doc to confirm it's viable here. Presumably it would be since it's still the underlying issue.

I think I still have 1 heal spell and 1 pot assuming we get around to reviving/regrouping here soon. but it seems like everyone wounded is also kinda deadish?

Edit - also, presuming the ring isn't cursed in some fashion we could pass it around whilst out of combat and save heal spells/pots for mid-combat.

POST EDIT:
Roark didn't see the Drow leave, and can't chase after her. I'm revising accordingly

"All these Adventurers look delicious." "No!" Roark screams, clutching his head. "I can't stay here," "I'll kill them all."
Desperate to avoid hurting anyone else on his side, Roark rushes to the side of the room away from the adventurers. (If I have the layout right, the back of the room doesn't have any adventurers, they are at the entrance, in the center, or at the right side of the room, although Triock might still be at the left side if he hasn't moved)

And while I'm at it...

Roark hears a voice dimly through the fog. Is it Eranear's? He stops running, confused. "Maybe they're trying to help me." he thinks. "You saw what happened to Thras. They're out for blood, and they don't care who gets hurt along the way."

Well, I think I'm not enough complete to be ressurected ? Curse you Roark, stupid elf !
And where is Babargh ? I was under his Globe so the werewolf might be stopped !

I feel my soul floating above my remaining body, my ancestors call me from a distant eon. "No, Noooo !
This is not the end, I refuse ! I want to fight, to detect traps, I reclaim revenge ! Resurrect me, adventurers !"

Edit : Doc confirmed me that I can be resurrected !

Healing shouldn't be an issue, there should be enough for all, however only Roark and I know resurrect, unless I'm mistaken (unless you or Triock have some too).

The stocky hag is gone, do you want to charm the tall hag? I doubt it will affect her, esp. if it does turn out she's unconsious.

Right now she's surrounded by poisonous gas, so if you're near her I suggest getting away from it
, since the only one who can cure poison is Roark, unless I'm mistaken, and he ate the only cure poison potion, so his spells (unless Babark has one too) is the only way.

I think that Cure Disease should instantly cure Roark and give him back control, as the description says he'll need to be rolling for control now due to that, so he will be doing it before every action until healed or the spell expires. I'm waiting for Doc to get back to me about some things, however I'll be most likely rushing out of the poison cloud and healing (Cure Disease) Roark, or rushing back in to attack the hag after a taking a breath of fresh air so that I don't end up poisoned, if Roark is healed by that time.
My actions are in post 734, not in this post.

Edit: She's defeated, so if standing in the poison cloud a little bit longer to do the following actions won't hurt me or poison me, if Roark's healed I will takethte hag's body and haul it out of the poisonous cloud and then take the magic ring and loot her body, and Resurrect Max and put the ring on his finger to heal him up further, if it's needed. If Roark's not healed, I rush out of the the poison cloud and cast Cure Disease on him, and then try to haul the hag out of the cloud and tak the ring and loot her body, and if enough actions remains, Resurrect Max and heal him up with the ring if needed.

Yeah, that's exactly what I've been thinking and planning to do ever since we found out it's a magical healing ring - it'd be great to have it as a portable healing source and pass it around to heal everyone, like a Magical Travelling Ring! :)

Desperate to avoid hurting anyone else on his side, Roark chases after the Drow, using his enhanced speed to catch up to her.
"Don't leave without saying goodbye, you've still got some explaining to do" he calls after her. "Better hurry and tell me what your after before I feast on your intestines"
"Roark, wait! The two of us, Triock and me, will try to heal you, which should give you back the control while the spell lasts! It's more dangerous to run ahead in this state and trip any magical wards or traps, and we could use your help healing poison or resurrecting others after the fight, as no one else can cure poison unless I'm mistaken!"

(if using Cure Disease will heal you, unless there's some caveat it should. Also if you run ahead and revert back, it might be more dangerous for you if you're there all alone. If Triock or I act first, we should be able to heal you and prevent any rampage. You can also try to get away from allies, towards the door, but not go through it to give us time to defend if you go wild again :))

I shoot several arrows at the Tall Hag again...

"Better safe than sorry..."

I won't start looting until after that hag is dead. Then I will start by looting the orcs, since the tall hag is still in the middle of a poisonous cloud and I enjoy breathing.

I still have two healing potions if anyone needs them.

I also have two fire damage dealing short swords and a +2 magical longbow so I don't think I need any new weapons... But we'll see what we find :)

I believe I should still have my torch to light the way (I took it at the beginning) and I also have a rope (shortened by certain portal) which could be useful.

And, since I'm a thief I have lockpicks and a trap disarm kit (in case we need to do some thieving things).

I could do with a better armor (nothing too heavy please) since I only have a leather armor.
22 - Kip - Halfling Brigand

Kip considers shooting at the Tall Hag with his magical sling, but who knows if poison clouds are flammable so he holds off doing so while he's got allies within the cloud. He stands alert for any new threats, ready to attack if anything tries to ambush us.

If he sees the werewolf (Roark) heading towards his direction, he will swiftly move out of the way!

((OOC: Kip has a Cure Disease potion, but it seems like somebody will already be casting that spell so that will probably be easier than trying to use a potion on an unwilling subject!))

69 Rudy Human Ranger. I will banish my bear and then shoot arrows towards the tall hag from a good distance if she is not dead. I will wait to see if the cure disease spell will work on the werewolf. If not then I will have to shoot him. Can't risk anything. Also I will start looting anything I can from the dead orcs or hags.

FYI, as a caved in head sounds pretty fatal to me, and Doc doesn't always explicitly say that enemies are dead (reference the orcs which were munched on by the hill giant), I've just asked Doc to confirm explicitly if the tall hag is dead or not. I suggest holding your fire until we get an answer to that.

Swift reply from Doc. The official status of the tall hag:
She is dead, maybe I should have added that but I thought everyone would know that that would be fatal
