Per doc I'm charismatic and can potentially talk us out of trouble, though I don't see how that's applicable at this stage in the combat. Perhaps if we get the ring/arm off the 2nd, we can negotiate a surrender of the stocky hag to let the tall one live.

Alternatively I could try negotiating with Taz, but I'm not clear what his goals are besides random chaos.

I'm not sure what we can do about Thras mid-combat, especially as we don't know if that will hurt him or not. Beldarion is trying to engage him, so let's see how that works out before splitting our forces instead of fighting the hags - maybe we can talk to Taz after the fight and find out what happens.

Right now Roark, Max, Triock and potentially Og'rialt (depending on whether he finds the Drow or not) are attacking the tall hag, with Svartalf, Aslain, Rudy and his bear attacking the stocky one. Beldarion will engage a hag if he doesn't find Thras (and seems to be nearer to the stocky one, but locations change all the time), Roosevelt might change his mind if he reads my post and decidees to attack the tall hag, and Babargh too when he's online.

So I think it's up to you, I'm going to go for the tall one just to be sure and head for the stocky one if the tall one is defeated by the time it's my turn. It could be a good idea to move with svartalf though, so that he's not going to end up being the only melee fighter engaging her - right now only he's the one 100% fighting her, as Beldarion might not reach her.
I did warn you that taking naps in the middle of combat is not a good idea, with the hags nearby, but you know for the next time. Even in video games you usually can't rest when you're in the middle of combat or nearby enemeis, and given that this is homebrew dnd (or something like that), you usually don't get any bonuses for sleeping, esp. as there was nothing wrong with your character (like being tired).

If you can be resurrected, and svartalf isn't dead and resurrectable by the time combat is over, since I promised him and Triock I'd back them up, I'll rez you! Also Roark knows resurrect, so if you can be and I'm using mine on someone else, I'm pretty sure he might be kind enough to help you! :)
I'm disappointed you haven't mentioned me too, since I've been fighting the tall hag as well and haven't been able to reach her due to the scorpion previously and then casting too much spells this turn. Otherwise I'm near her as well!

Sorry, but it's hard to have a clear vision of each individual situation and the distance between each other. So, if you join us, go ahead, but only in close combat, because we are already at least 3 around her !

Zayd's decides only to unleashed his arrows to the stocky hag only when he sure that that the hag couldn't do anything about it. He choose to bide his time waiting for an opening.

(It's a protection from Evil bubble, and I only have 1 cast. It affects 3 people closest to me.)

Fine. Time to get physical. I rise to have a bit more freedom of movement. I still have the staff in the hand that I control and I smash it over the head of Taz. If necessary, I repeat that until he is out.

Are you sure? Doc told me Protection from Evil is only for 1 person, so unlike the Globe of Protection it doesn't shield more people. Given that he told me on Turn 9, it's most likely the most accurate and up-to-date info. DnD also has it as a 1-person spell, so you shoould assume it protects only yourself unless/until Doc says otherwise.
Your body isn't totally decimated so I'll wait until Doc replies and the combat is over (unless it needs to be done now).

Keep in mind that I am casting Ice Lance on the stocky Hag. Please take care not to get hit by it.

His head has literally been torn out. I seriously doubt that a resurrect is possible.

(Well, I was told the last time I cast it that it affected those around me as well like an aura...? Unless we're changing the rules mid game..)

Ok. Assuming cure poison gets me back up (and pending a decision on whether I need a heal), I'm sticking with the plan of approaching the stocky hag, in a defensive tanky posture staying clear of ranged lines and trying to get her turned away from ranged.

I'll only actually attack if she has her back to me, to stay clear of ice lances and arrows and such.

I'll use my high charisma to try to persuade her to share her weaknesses.

You should target the stocky hag, as the tall hag is surrounded by fierce adventurers who don't want to receive an arrow in the ass, or worst !

Per communication with Doc, I will also cast heal upon myself, as apparently I'm rather not well
