52 - Roark - Elven Druid - summons giant spider.

80 - Eranear - Elf Paladin moves to the first right door to engage the zombies and skeletons trying to get out.

2 - SmartyFartBlart - Human Paladin - stands a couple of paces behind 78 - Cervello - Drow Battlemage and casts Turn Undead.

Two skeletons turn back into the room.

43 - Svartalf - Dwarven Battlemage - quickly casts a fireball at the three Wights before they notice him.

The fireball misses and strikes the group of adventurers behind the Wights.

48 - Babargh - Dwarven Cleric's Globe of Protection protects the adventurers from the fire ball *rolls dice* the Holy Guardian is not so lucky and is blasted apart as it moves to engage the Wights.

70 - Thras - Dwarven Mage - casts Lightening Bolt at the closest Wight *rolls dice* it blasts a hole through the center of the Wight who collapses dead. *rolls dice* the lightening bolt carries on and strikes 26 - Thulgrun the One-Eyed - Dwarven Warrior *rolls dice* the height of the lightening bolt blasts through Thulgrun's upper torso, tearing it apart.

26 - Thulgrun the One-Eyed - Dwarven Warrior collapses dead. - DEAD

28 - Triock Ulagolor - Elven Paladin - strikes the left Wight *rolls dice* Triock scores a direct hit, badly injuring the Wight.

9 - Max, son of Fulvus - Dwarven Thief - throws his axes at the currently uninjured Wight. *rolls dice* they bounce off without doing any damage.

30 - Kyp - Dwarf Ranger - aims his bow at a zombie exiting the first door near the entrance of the tunnel *rolls dice* he hits it twice in the side, staggering it.

72 - Darrim - Dwarf Warrior - moves to attack the zombies and skeletons by the first door. The area is very crowded and there is a Gnoll in his way.

2 - SmartyFartBlart - Human Paladin - *rolls dice* smashes a skeleton with his silver hammer rendering it lifeless.

41 - Zayd ibn Yasin - Human Ranger *rolls dice* aims his bow at the injured Wight and takes it down with two silver arrows.

One Wight remains.

48 - Babargh - Dwarven Cleric - casts Ball of Holy Light towards the undead bunched around the first door. *rolls dice* one zombie and one skeleton are obliterated.

3 - Arsalan - Elven Mage sends his Gnoll in to battle. *rolls dice* it lands several hits on a zombie. *rolls dice* it is stabbed in the arm by a skeleton.

3 - Arsalan - Elven Mage casts Fire Ball despite his close proximity to the door and other combatants (you lot are more dangerous to each other than any monsters I have sent yet). The fireball explodes almost immediately.

2 - SmartyFartBlart - Human Paladin, standing a bit further back, is badly burned and one arm hangs limply by his side.

Southern side tunnel:

22 - Kip - Halfling Brigand, 29 - Og'rialt - Dwarf Brigand, 35 - Aslain Melemir - Elven Thief, 15 - Says Beldarion - Human Warrior, 5 -Dunward - Human Mage move to the middle door.

15 - Says Beldarion - Human Warrior decides not to wait for the ambush that had been proposed to be set up and charges through the middle door, surprising four Ogres and four Orcs.
*rolls dice* He stabs the closest orc, killing it.

69 - Rudy - Human Ranger carefully moves along the corridor until he reaches the far door. He slowly opens the door and looks upon his fellow companions from the chamber fighting Wights and other undead.

29 - Og'rialt - Dwarf Brigand enters the room and attacks an Ogre to his left *rolls dice* his spiked chain hits home on the shocked Ogre doing moderate damage.

35 - jonridan - Aslain Melemir - Elven Thief enters the room to see a dead orc on his right with three more turning to fight. Four Ogres are on his left. The odds are not good.

5 - Dunward - Human Mage enters the room *rolls dice* he starts to cast a fireball but thinks better of it.
Og'rialt quickly takes stock of the situation, glares at Beldarion and snaps "next time we do it my way!", and tries to think of options.
He realizes that the corridor Rudy went down should be too small for an Ogre to fit through (Doc told me "one person wide and high"). While the Orcs and Ogres are still caught off guard, we might be able to orderly exit the room, have Dunward and Kip throw two fireballs into the room as soon as we clear out, and then all hole up in the middle of that small corridor, with Beldarion at the rear?
Hey, I came in for the shinies! Where are they?

Nevermind, things are getting interesting... Beladrion positions between Aslain Melemir and the Ogres and engages two of them in combat.

By the way, my pals, I have a ring of fire protection and high constitution. If we can keep the Ogres on the left side of the chamber, and the room is wide enough, I might endure a fireball... (I can't believe I am saying this, but can be a viable approach)

I quickly look for a door on the other side of the room. Maybe the room can be a shortcut.

I give an "oops" stare to Og'rialt and attack the same two ogres that Beladrion attacked so we can increase our chances.

What kind of attitude is that?! Just wait and I, Babargh, Dwarven Cleric, through the power of God, will assist!

So, from my understanding, we have 4 skeletons remaining (with 2 in one of the rooms, if they count, then 6), and 1 zombie, either injured or not injured (I hope injured).

The Thief of Fulvus has been rendered unfit for battle, the Human Paladin is badly burnt and injured, and the Warrior Thulgrun and the Elf magician have fallen in battle. The Drow does not need mentioning.

If there exists some time dependent thing where if I don't resurrect the Warrior Thulgrun in time, I can't anymore, then I first cast Resurrect on the Warrior Thulgrun

If it is ok to leave Thulgrun dead for a few moments, then I first cast Smite Undead on the remaining Wight (I am not so knowledgeable about such things, but Doc's description of it means it is a type of undead), and Holy Water on the Zombie.

Perhaps it is prudent to deal with the skeletons first, and I hope us who still stand are more than up to the task, but does anyone have any healing spells or skills? the Thief of Fulvus and the Human Paladin are not dead, and we are bound by our fellowship to assist them.

It seems our magical dwarf brethren were a bit heavy handed. Magic in the hands of dwarves always causes problems. The elf was an impetuous fool as well, but a life is a life. Once we are free of immediate danger, I will see if I can Resurrect a second time.

As I believe in mighty powers of dwarven clerics, I also remain quite skeptical about my perspectives. Being hit by bolt, with upper torso tore apart, I may be a difficult case.

Yeah, after seeing the recklessness in the other threads, I deeply regretted that I had chosen my action first in this one. But it didn't feel kosher to change it entirely.

Which arm is hanging limp? Is it the hammer arm, the shield arm, or the other arm?

And presumably casting heal would return HP and limbfunctionality.

But if it's the other arm, I guess I'll just ignore it for now, and continue on smiting with hammer and shield.
22 - Kip - Halfling Brigand - Southern side tunnel

Kip clicks his tongue at Beldarion's impetuous actions. While Kip agrees with Og'rialt, there is nothing for it now but to back up the Fighter.

He enters the room, spear in hand. If there are any enemies out in the open (away from Kip's allies), he will launch a shot from his sling if he can do so without endangering his newfound friends. Otherwise, he will stand bodyguard near Dunward, and will attack any enemies who get too close with his spear.

EDIT: Instead of the above, he will stay outside in the corridor, and lob a slingstone into the room with his magical sling once his allies are clear.

@ Lone_Scout / Beldarion: Does your ring give you complete fire immunity, or only partial resistance? If it's only partial we shouldn't go about deliberately immolating you unless the situation is already dire.

After the smoke and lightning cleared enough for him, Zayd sees that his 2 shots are good. He move closer to the remaining wight. Close enough to aim the arrow really carefully to it weak spots but still out of the chaos that is happening. He shoot his arrows.
Main tunnel question. Is this correct current status:

skels -> 4 left in tunnel (2 turned back into room, 1 killed by SFB, 1 killed by Babargh - of 8 original)
zombies -> 1 left in tunnel - not clear if healthy or staggered by Kyp (2 killed by Arsalan, 1 by Babargh of 4 original)
wights - 1 left , injured - set to be attacked by ZiY (1 killed by Thras, 1 killed by ZiY - of 3 original)
