[ Oops lol.. sorry guys, I had to try the ice skating XD
Btw it's BJ's fault.. he was too sure about his powers, but instead he failed :P
We missed an epic maneuvre, sigh. Oh well.. ]

Loradan's plan was a crazy gamble made out of fear, but.. BJ immediately agreed to it.
The strange captain had previously bragged about his powers, so everybody felt reassured by him.
Alas, once above the ice, he couldn't push the ship anymore! Disaster!
The crew looked at the penguin puzzled and a few moments later the Kraken enveloped the boat with its giant tentacles.

Loradan felt desperate, so he cast invisibility on himself and flew at full speed out of the crows nest (avoiding the tentacles), towards the exit.
After he reached a safe distance from the Kraken, however, he began to feel guilty for what happened.
So he stopped and decided to attack the monster from there, using his Magic Missile wand.

Quickly, more enemies are coming. Everybody enter the right door, I will enter last, the Mirror Image will give a good chance of protection from any arrows. My plan is to leave the Giant Tarantula outside the left door to delay anyone who tries to come out and maybe cast a web after we are all in the right room. Any other suggestions?

[21 - Danric the Exiled - Human Paladin] [Northern Main Tunnel]

"Thank you for your assistance, Hummer" - I nod thankfully to the elf.

"Friends, I think it's time to run."

I enter the right door.

- - -
Current equipment: plate armor, silver lined longsword, shield, amulet of repel arrows, 2x cure poison potion
Spells cast: 1x turn undead, 2x heal
Spells remaining: 3x turn undead, immunity to fear (passive)
1 - Hummer - Elven Ranger

I enter the right door, with an arrow at the ready.
Old Nick tickles the Kraken underwater - the most useful drunk zombie ever :).
51 - Henz - Elf Thief *rolls dice* seeing Stefareth in trouble, you rush over and repeatedly stab the tentacle near him.

"Damn it, at this rate we're surely going to die" I desperately slash those tentacles while looking around for the Kraken. I see help is coming to Stefareth. This is it. Better try something drastic than die for nothing

I look around to find where the Kraken's body is. If I see it, I'll run towards and jump as far as I can trying to stab it's eye.
If I can't find it, just continue slashing the tentacles and help Stefareth staying alive
Fish the Half-Orc Berserker

I'll keep on attacking the tentacle that I just damaged hoping to finally chop it off. Once I'm done with it, I'll attack the one that has frostbite and hopefully take it off in one attack.
[56 - Damon - Dwarf Warrior] [Northern Side Tunnel]

I dash to the right door
The situation is critical, there is no time to check for traps, I take the risk on myself and if necessary sacrifice myself to help my friends to escape.

'FROM HERE!! HURRY!" i shout while i grab the handle of the door opening it
StrangerDanger - Elven Ranger

Do we have a barrel or two of gunpower or flammable grog that we can lob at the Kraken's position? With the electrical storm raging overhead we might be able to turn it into some freshly roasted calamari
Current Situation:

2 TURNS LEFT TO ESCAPE

Captain BJGamer's Pirate ship:
Loradan's plan with the Ice Storm spell failed. Now the ship is stuck in the ice. All momentum is lost. The Kraken busts through the ice and wraps its tentacles around the ship. The adventurers fight it off with various spells, arrows, and sword slashes. Stefareth's legs were crushed by one of the tentacles. Peloquin grabs the dynamite birthday cake and grabs a couple of harpoons before making his way up onto deck.

Further North over the water:
With the Kraken occupied with BJ's ship, Rizzleskiff levitates out of the dungeon toward safety. Rizzleskiff has escaped.

Back in the Side Tunnel:
The adventurers made quick work of the 6 duergar. They are all dead. Many booted feet can be heard approaching from the other side of the left door. The ways to continue are either the left door or the right door.

Current Actions Summary

Main Tunnel:

16 - misteryo - Rizzleskiff - Drow Shaman -- ESCAPED
Rizzleskiff removes the Cloak of Mirror Images and stops levitating, setting her feet down on solid ground. She looks up at the sun and says, "I'm not sure I was ever so happy to see you." She looks around for a good tree trunk to lean against while resting her eyes for a bit.

57 - ConsulCaesar - Siegfried - Human Paladin
1. I keep attacking the kraken's tentacle with my sword and new tentacles to come.
2. I cast Heal on Sefarert (if it can be cast at a distance). Otherwise I will approach Sefareth while slashing tentacles on the way.

65 - RWarehall - Grom Grombly - Half-Orc Shaman
Grom hasn't used many spells so with 2 turns left it's Lightning Storm,,,Lightning Storm should I be able to target.

45 - phaolo - Loradan - Elven Mage -- ( Levitate, Barkskin, Protection Spell )
Loradan felt desperate, so he cast invisibility on himself and flew at full speed out of the crows nest (avoiding the tentacles), towards the exit.
After he reached a safe distance from the Kraken, however, he began to feel guilty for what happened.
So he stopped and decided to attack the monster from there, using his Magic Missile wand.

51 - kusumahendra - Henz - Elf Thief

1. Do we have a barrel or two of gunpower or flammable grog that we can lob at the Kraken's position? With the electrical storm raging overhead we might be able to turn it into some freshly roasted calamari
2. Shouts to Peloquin - Dwarven Thief "Ahoy Gimli, I mean Peloquin! Are you going to lob that dynamite bomb of a birthday cake over to the Kraken? I suggest climbing aboard the mast here for a further throw. Maybe leave the harpoons below for later, unless you want to get cake in the face."

63 - Genocide2099 - Fish - Half Orc Berserker
I'll keep on attacking the tentacle that I just damaged hoping to finally chop it off. Once I'm done with it, I'll attack the one that has frostbite and hopefully take it off in one attack. Hopefully I can buy enough time for the rest to use the harpoons and explosives.

34 - Hooyaah - Stefareth - Human Necromancer -- LEGS CRUSHED
Ignoring the intense pain of my crushed legs. I crawl to an area where I cast Grave Mist at the Kraken; and shout, "Captain, quick, we must move the ship ahead, around, and far past this vile leviathan to safety!"

68 - matterbandit - Peloquin - Dwarven Thief
I'm back on deck! But this time, there are tentacles thrashing everywhere...
"HARPOONS!" I yell at my companions. "Fight with these harpoons! There's more below deck!" I nod at the Stone Elemental behind me, hoping he could help fetch the remainder of the harpoons and bring them to everyone. I toss whatever harpoons I'm carrying to any companion reaching out for them, but I keep one for myself. I dash towards the front of the ship, armed with cake and a harpoon. Should any tentacle cross my path, I stab it with my harpoon. At the front of the ship, I witness lightening attacks showering the Kraken. They appear to be doing proper damage! The tentacles rock the ship violently now...
I pull out my rope, tie it to a post and let it dangle all the way down to the ice below. I look around me for a source of fire, such as a torch, and light the dynamite candles on the cake. I then swiftly slide down the rope and onto the thick ice ocean surface. If that ice is strong enough to make a ship still, it's strong enough for a Dwarven Thief. I attempt to run in Kraken's direction, hoping my Ring Of Free Movement will protect me from the lightening spells showering from the sky. If the ice is too slippery for my boots, then I simply push the explosive cake along the icy surface with all my might, hoping it will slide its way towards the Kraken. If the ice is not to slippery, I delivery my smashing dessert as close as I can possibly get to the Kraken, in the hopes that the last thing I may see is its defeat.

40 - Pouyou-pouyou - Gilius - Dwarven Druid -- ( Barkskin, Summoned Stone Elemental )
Gilius casts one last Lightning Storm if he has enough time before the mast collapses.
Then, while it is collapsing, he gets out of the crow's nest and begins sliding along it all the way down to the bridge, Legolas-style (see link below), except that instead of sliding on stairs with a shield, he slides directly on the mast while it is falling down.
Meanwhile, the stone elemental runs to the base of the mast in order to catch Gilius at the end of his slide and ensure him a safe arrival. Then, if it all goes well, they do a high five together.
In case tentacles attack, the elemental tries to help free anyone they are holding nearby.
If Gilius still has time to act after this, he casts Heal on Stefareth unless Siegfried has already done it before, in which case he casts Bite of the Werewolf on himself instead, warning anybody nearby to NOT get too close.

67 - Testor0 - Rufus - Human Cleric -- (Globe of Protection, Divine Retaliation, Summoned Holy Guardian )
Rufus grabs one of the harpoons and casts "Fire weapon" on it.
"Holy God, help me here !" With both the harpoon and his silver light hammer in fire, Rufus jumps off the boat in order to pierce and stun the Kraken.

Side Tunnel:

61 - greeklover - Vanathradil - Elf Mage
The Giant Tarantula is instructed to hold a position just outside the left door and defend itself against anyone who comes out of it. After everyone is in the right room (including Squee who hasn't posted yet) , I enter too. I cast Web at the left door while staying out of its range (the Giant Tarantula will love this). I close the right door. I look around the room for exits/portals or objects that could be/hide a portal. I also look for buttons, levers etc. If there is a hostile/hindering area of effect spell in the right room, for example fog, fire wall, etc. I cast Dispel Magic at it.

21 - Aramandur - Danric the Exiled - Human Paladin
"Thank you for your assistance, Hummer" - I nod thankfully to the elf.
"Friends, I think it's time to run."
I enter the right door.

1 - hummer010 - Hummer - Elven Ranger
I enter the right door, with an arrow at the ready.

56 - Damon18 - Damon - Dwarf Warrior
I dash to the right door
The situation is critical, there is no time to check for traps, I take the risk on myself and if necessary sacrifice myself to help my friends to escape.
'FROM HERE!! HURRY!" i shout while i grab the handle of the door opening it

10 - muddysneakers - Squee - Goblin Thief
Squee follows the others through the right door. If there are no enemies to engage he attempts to set the gas trap in the doorway to cover their backs from any pursuers from the left door. Otherwise he tries to stick to the shadows and fires his crossbow at any hostile creatures.

Haven't taken turn yet:

(With only 2 turns remaining, I suddenly got all courageous. LOL! And maybe a bit reckless too.)

++++++++++++++++++++++++
High constitution. Leather armour.
1 x cure poison potion. 1 x heal potion.
Lockpicks. Trap disarm kit. Rope.
Ring of free movement - this ring means traps and spells to ensnare me will not work.
Shortbow and quiver of enchanted arrows (paralyze).
Lucky dagger. Light hammer.
