Squee grabs the gas trap and dons the cloak and rushes to catch up with the rest of the party. If he knew the word, he might reflect on the irony of a goblin with a gas trap.

When he catches up with the rest, he enters the shadows and checks the passage way for traps and listens for any strange sounds.

Squee has a shiny sword anna shiny ring anna warm cloak anna stinky trap.

Squee can't spell.

(northern Main Tunnel)

I have cast a total of three spells. The last was on the most recent turn during which we were under attack. No additional equipment... I travel light.

Darci brushed off the remaining dust on her hair and started walking. As she moved past Tomato, she stopped momentarily.

"What's that smell?" Before the goblin could answer, Darci shook her head and continued walking. "On second thought, don't tell me. I don't want to know."

After walking some distance along the left wall, something made Darci stop in her tracks abruptly. Pressing her hands against the tunnel wall, she thought to herself, "That felt... psionic, this narrows down the possibilities."

Darci turned her head towards Tomato and whispered, "Go hide in the shadows and if you're capable of thinking anything, imagine yourself to be a rat: tiny, harmless and insignificant."

As the goblin scurried away, Darci cleared her thoughts and prepared to cast a spell.
** TURN 9 **

Northern main tunnel:

All characters in the main tunnel continue moving ahead (Squee runs and catches up with the group) with the exceptions of 75 - Darci - Drow Cleric who casts Melt Stone on the wall *rolls dice* creating a path into the side tunnel.
She shoes the smelly Goblin away and walks through. To her right she sees an Elf exit a room and spin and fire an arrow back the way he came.
66 - Tomato - Goblin Thief is by the newly formed tunnel.

10 - Squee - Goblin Thief thanks to his new cloak now has the ability to climb walls like a spider.

As the group moves ahead *rolls dice* no traps are detected. They see a door on the left.
In front they see a cavernous opening to a large chamber that looks out of place in the tunnel. Water can be heard sploshing around and a deep, piratey voice breaks into song, with mumbled zombie voices singing the chorus.

Captain - "OHHHHHHH
Captain - Who lives in a cavern not under the sea?
Zombies - B-J-Gamer!
Captain - Decaying, black and white a penguin he be!
Zombies - B-J-Gamer!
Captain - I'm looking for people to join with my crew,
Zombies - B-J-Gamer!
Captain - Join up on the double and stop feeling blue!
Zombies - B-J-Gamer!
Captain - Ready?
Captain & Zombies - B-J-Gamer, B-J-Gamer, B-J-Gamer!
Captain - B-J-Gameeeerr!
Captain - HA HA HA HA!"

** TURN 9 **

Northern side tunnel:

37 - OldNick - Drow Thief exits the room and walk down the small corridor towards the main tunnel. You stop by the door and listen, you can hear loud singing (check northern main tunnel thread for the song).

1 - Hummer - Elven Ranger steps into the door way only to be greeted by the sight of an Illithid dragging the Halfling towards a chair. You turn and start walking back towards the tunnel. After a few steps you spin round and loose an arrow at the Illithid *rolls dice* the arrow clatters off the wall just behind the Illithid.
*rolls dice* The Illithid hits you with a mental blast *rolls dice* you are thrown against a wall and struggle to remain conscious.
51 - Henz - Elf Thief

Now I equip two daggers of life leech and keep my Dagger+2 in my shoes just in case I need it in emergency situation

Oh great. More zombies. Pirate zombies. I'm not a fighter. I'll wait for my chance to sneak and back stab them. For now I'll just hide and watch the situation
77 - Aurelia - Elf Cleric
Turn 2 casts Smite Undead
Turn 4 casts Globe Of Protection
Equipment: nothing new.

O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is not done,
The ship has weather’d every rack, the prize we sought is not won,
The port is near, the bells I hear, the zombies all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;

[56 - Damon - Dwarf Warrior] [Northern Main Tunnel]

As soon as we approach the room ahead I can clearly distinguish a song echoing through the tunnel.
I pat on the shoulder of Aleric which is next to me to have his attention and withouth saying a word I make a sign to rest of the group to stop for a second

I whisper: "Do you all guys hear these voices? Some of them doesn't seem to be even human!
We should go on softly, stay covered into the corridor and try to peek into the room and try to understand how many they are"

"This is a task a for the more stealthier of us" I look towards the goblin
"Squee, Henz do you feel to give a quick pick inside the room and tell us what's happening inside and how many they are?"

(Staying obviusly in the corridor and remaining unnoticed)

"We just stay behind your back against the wall of the corridor to not reaveal ourselves"

1 - Hummer - Elven Ranger

Oof. As the room spins before my eyes, I think "that was a bad idea". The room is still spinning before my eyes, and there is blackness near the edges of my vision. I close my eyes and concentrate on the sounds and feelings of a forest. I feel some peace in my mind. I start to gather my wits and resolve. If I can pull myself together enough before this monster gets into my head, I'm going to jump up and sprint down the tunnel the drow went down as fast as I can.
Squee examines the door for locks and traps. He attempts to unlock/disarm if any found and if successful quietly opens the door to look inside the room but does not enter.

51 - Henz - Elf Thief

I'll try to scout ahead and see how many enemies are there, what are their weapons and if there's any advantageus we can use in the room
I enter the main tunnel and the singing becomes even louder.

I see other miserable creatures also stopping and listening to the song.

I move cautiously towards the cavernous opening to the large chamber.

I choose to levitate with the spear ready in my hand.

OldNick - Drow Thief - northern main tunnel.
"Hm, interesting! Are these zombies that sing dominated or something? And I hear water. Maybe Squee can use his ring of breathing below water and scout below the surface. Zombies are slow and clumsy so don't rush to attack, I might to use a well placed web spell which will make things easier if we are attacked."

I move with the group staying in the front line with Danric, Aleric and Damon but behind the thieves who search for traps.
(Northern Main Tunnel)

Hark, I see no good reason to knowingly enter a cavern with a singing zombie pirate (with rectangular penquin britches) and his undead crew compliment. Perhaps discretion is in order and the door on the left is the safest pathway out of this nightmare.
