Lexor: I know it would require some additional work and coding, but maybe some external dedicated website would help where every player will be able to enter his/her action for the current turn?
An online map with movable players would be cool too, but I don't know any free site for such thing..
Sadly any suggestion like this is moot, without pointing to something that already exists.

A flamestrike descends through the grate in the middle of the chamber which draws an anguished roar.
There is a mighty crash as a 20 foot long centipede with steel swords on the ends of its legs bursts through looking for its assailant.

I look at the centipede, point to the closest person to me as if to say he did it...
Then run for the tunnel furthest from the centipede!
