Current Situation:

4 TURNS LEFT TO ESCAPE

Area around the open metal door:
The ogres and trolls are all dead. Some adventurers are moving forward into the doorway where a cookpot can be seen. Garethianopolisian takes Burgut's giant axe. Raybur Wolfsktaa unable to allow the evil Lich to escape the dungeon tries to kill it with "Smite Evil" spells. One is absorbed by the Lich's magic shield; the other reflected back at Raybur. No damage is done to Raybur due to him not being evil.

Cookpot Room:
Calad arrives in this room. There is a trapdoor to investigate that no one has opened yet. Further in the room is a doorway where the Ogres emerged from. Tridris starts heading toward where the Ogres came from.

Orc Breeding Room:
The slug in the room turns out to be a magically created Orcish Brood Mother (we'll be calling her Orczilla). It is fully 20 feet in length and is excreting fully formed, orcs, goblins, hobgoblins, trolls and ogres from its rear end. Many of the creatures wander of to the sides of the cavern to scavenge through piles of old armour and weapons. Godbran Helloburger teleports around knocking out unsuspecting orcs and discovers a portal leading to a forest. In front of the portal 6 orcs in robes bow as if worshipping the gateway as a god. Fognino and Cardan are in this room. Gold has just arrived as well.
*People need to start moving with purpose if they are to escape*

I continue to advance the room very carefully as these creatures can be dangerous and attack someone suddenly.
That's why I bring my sturdy black crossbow ready to attack something that might come to attack me.
I also try to think of a strategy to reach this possible portal in the safest way.

I'm casting Dispel Magic>Enfeeble>Doom Scarabs/Blood Burst on the 47 - Raybur Wolfsktaa - Male Dwarven Cleric.
1. If he die (*)...
2. If he was able to withstand it then I'm saying. "You lucky little meat ball, I don't have time for this now" I'm casting Summon Monster to keep the cleric busy and...
...I'm casting invisibility on myself and moving along where I wanted before he rudely attacked me.

6 - PaterAlf - Pater Alf - Half Orc Warrior
Me follows cowards who fled the fight to big room with Orc Brood Mother (is it you mommy?) and stops at the entrance of that cave. Don't think we can fight such a horde and me doubts they will let us go peacefully. Me remembers that one of companions wanted to use strange spell Meteor Strike for a while. Might be good idea now?

18 - Cavalary - Calad - Elf Mage -- ( Reflect Spells, Levitate )
Trying to stay clear of the Lich-Cleric battle, Calad temporarily drops back down to search the Ogre Mage's body for anything useful, magical items in particular. After doing so, he asks anyone still around whether we can afford to have a look at the so far ignored trapdoor outlined in red revealed by Valius' Detect Secrets spell and what do they think of the idea of levitating Cardan above the Orc Brood Mother for him to use his fire belch from above. Considering the replies to the first question, he will cast Dispel Ward at the trapdoor, just in case, before anybody reaches it and/or things get too hectic, and ask whether anyone can detect and disarm any potential traps on it.

I check the corpse of the ogre mage as well to take anything of use before casting Invisibility, and go through the trapdoor

If I can see Fognino and Cardan from where I stand I try to make eye contact and show (at least one of) them a sign that the portal seems A-OK.
And then I use something I've been saving precisely for a situation like this. I drink an invisibility potion.
After I'm invisible, first I check if the two Orcs I knocked out have anything of value on them.
Then I head towards the portal.
If on my way there, there are any gold coins or gems that I can easily pick up I'll put some in my pockets but not so much that I'll become a walking clanging sack of gold everyone would hear even if they can't see. Just a few for the tavern bill will do the trick, after all, my teleporting blackjack is the greatest treasure I could find and don't want to risk being discovered due to being the biggest thief of all thieves (check attached file).
All my efforts are directed towards jumping into that portal unnoticed, safe and sound. Once I'm in the clear (the most dramatic moment would be while I hop into the portal) one word thunders out of my throat.
NOTE: In case my interaction with anything and anyone would cancel my invisibility I don't touch anything except the mirror portal that I'll jump into. Otherwise, all the actions mentioned above are taken.

11 - Enebias - Fognino - Goblin Shaman
"Well Cardan, the time has come. Stay close. Soon the fireworks will begin"!
There are times where hard choices must be made. When somebody must be sacrificed for the greater good. Being Fognino a cunning and sly Goblin, this kind of choice comes easy.
Telling Cardan to follow very close, as it's time to make a break for it, the Shaman comes as close as he can to the treasure. Then, the infamous move: by using Orcish language, which he knows as it was his mother language, Fognino poses as a member of the horde and he sounds the alarm, warning the brood the adventurers are coming with weapons and ill intentions, as they attacked the Ogre and the guard above. The Mother is in dire danger!
As soon as the horde moves to intercept the intruders, Fognino will try to grab the best loot he can. If he manages to stay unnoticed, all is well and he runs towards the mirror. As soon as there is a problem, he'll cast his fog spell to confuse the enemies and a fire elemental to keep them busy while fleeing for the portal.
Hopefully, Cardan will deal with all other nuisances if they hamper our run.

When big horde moves away from big pile of shinies, and it looks safe, Cardan will take the best looking shinies that he can carry and follows little friends into big portal to outside. If anything try to get in Goblin Shaman friend or Cardan's way, Cardan will belch fire at them before jumping into portal.
