If indeed another hobgoblin is still alive, Thelis will fire his bow at the hobgoblin's head.
After that, he will resume firing at the trolls, again aiming for their heads.

Hm, I might be missing something. But the way I see it, there was the first hobgoblin, which opened the door and got killed by 12 - Garethianopolisian's arrow, and then three other hobgoblins, out of which two got their heads exploded by 47 - Raybur Wolfsktaa's Sound Burst. See post 263 by Doc. So there's a fourth left which hasn't been killed yet.

EDIT: Yup, there were 4 hobgoblins, according to post 248.

** TURN 11 **

Eastern tunnel:

18 - Calad - Elf Mage angrily shouts at his companions to stop hacking the Trolls into bits. You cast Charm Monster on a newly formed Troll *rolls dice* the spell fails.
You attack with your Wand of Acid Arrows the Troll facing Zazz *rolls dice* the Troll tries to shy away as its left arm burns and shrivels from your attack.

23 - Godbran Helloburger - Halfling Thief you arrive at a door and after checking for traps (and waiting for the goblin and half orc to arrive) open it. You look into a room, there are two dead Hobgoblins and a third stunned one. To the right is a metal door where your companions from earlier are in battle and two Trolls have run back into the room from that direction. You throw knives at the two Trolls *rolls dice* one Troll is hit in the side of the neck, it drops to the ground grasping at the knife.
*rolls dice* The second knife buries itself in the other Trolls eye.
You see a Hobgoblin grab a burning log and chase after the two Trolls.

6 - Pater Alf - Half Orc Warrior sees the decapitated Troll head quickly growing into a new Troll, while the original Troll grows a new head.
You retreat from the new Troll back into the tunnel.

The original, large Troll groggily stands up.

27 - Balbok - Half-Orc Shaman hungrily looks around the tunnel for some food. You can hear a big commotion further up the tunnel.

53 - Krssl Kssk - Drow Necromancer orders his Hobgoblin to find fire. It clumsily stumbles over to the cooking pot, knocking it over in the process. It chases after the two retreating Trolls.

8 - Cardan - Half Orc Berserker moves into the room and attacks a Troll with a knife sticking out of an eye *rolls dice* with a roar your axe slices straight through the Trolls left leg, severing it at the knee. The Troll collapses to the ground.

49 - Zazz - Goblin Berserker *rolls dice* harries a newly risen Troll, running around slashng it while avoiding its return blows.

44 - Franziskan - Human Cleric reaches the metal door and casts Globe of Protection on Zazz and any who get near to him.

46 - Gold - Goblin Ranger carefully opens the door with shield raised. You see a scene of chaos in the room ahead. Two Trolls are being attacked by adventurers over the far side of the room. There is a Hobgoblin with a burning log in its hand shuffling over that way.
A spilled cooking pot, it smells so good, is to your left and a large metal door beyond that where a battle is in progress.

17 - Tridris - Drow Necromancer enters the room and casts Silver Sword which appears, floating nearby. You see the same as Gold.

47 Raybur Wolfsktaa - Male Dwarven Cleric attacks with his morning star *rolls dice* you smack its right leg which catches fire. The Troll tries to hobble away from you.

12 - Garethianopolisian - Half Orc Ranger you fire two arrows at the Troll fighting Zazz *rolls dice* both strike the head and it falls to the ground, struggling to rise with one good arm. You see the raised Hobgoblin knock over the pot of stew.

11 - Fognino - Goblin Shaman summons a Fire Elemental. You send it to attack the two Trolls *rolls dice* the Elemental falls on a Troll with a knife in its throat *rolls dice* the Troll goes up in flames with a roar.

39 - Misery - Halfling Berserker enters the room and stands in front of Tridris. You see what Gold does. *rolls dice* You catch the putrid smell of decay.

31 - Valius - Elven Battlemage canceling his invisibility spell and appearing next to Godbran Helloburger, he yells for his companions to move away from the Trolls so he can cast Meteor Strike.

62 - Thelis - Human Ranger *rolls dice* aims and finishes off the last stunned Hobgoblin. *rolls dice* sends an arrow into the chest of the risen large Troll. *rolls dice* You can see something glowing bright red near where your arrow struck the Trolls chest.

*There is a loud scraping sound and a wall slides open at the back of the room. Into the room steps a huge, heavily armoured Ogre with many other shapes moving behind him.
The Ogre spots the spilled stew and bellows "Who ruin Burgut DwarfMunchers eats!?"*

An ogre with reinforcements has arrived. Maybe cast the meteor strike on them?

Godbran Helloburger the Halfling Thief feels overwhelmed by the amount of action happening around him all of the sudden.

"Trolls and Hobgoblins! Fire everywhere! Elven Battlemages appearing next to me out of thin air and yelling epic things like Meteor Strike!"

He kisses his grandma's Smileene's picture, returns it to his vest pocket, rubs the pocket and mumbles nervously:
"Dear granny, keep me safe in the shadows while things don't come down a little, this fiery battlefield is no place for a modest Halfling thief like myself."

Once he reaches "a safe shadow" somewhere nearby his curiosity activates once again, overcoming his previous astonishment.
"Hmm, I wonder if those magical knives I bought on the black market from that shady wood elf fellow will survive this blazing events. Oh well, if they don't good thing I have two more, one in each boot."

Fognino, Goblin Shaman

while staying a a safe distance with his elemental nearby, he tries to convince the Ogre that he and his companions had arrived after the commotion started and that hobgoblins and trolls were already at it when the latter decided to attack him. The pot was already in that state, probably clumsily hit in the skirmish between the hobgoblins and the trolls. You can never trust trolls, they'll always make a mess out of everything.
On the positive side, roasted troll is an excellent, healthy meal.

53 - Krssl Kssk - Drow Necromancer

The Drow Necromancer continues his direction of the raised hobgoblin, whom he as affectionately named George. If he feels his control slipping due to distance, he calls George back.

Krssl eyes the newcomers and readys Bone Arrow in case they decide to attack.

49 - Zazz - Goblin Berserker

Focusing on the task at hand, Zazz kicks at the downed Troll to prevent it from getting back on its feet in the hope that the casters will finish off a prone target.
