One thing:

The sections of the Code of Conduct are not numbered, so it is harder than it should be to tell what "Section 2.4" is. Perhaps the Code of Conduct could use an update that numbers the sections explicitly? (There wouldn't need to be any rule changes in this update.)

I had this problem too, but then I found Section 4.8 and divided it by 2.
