Just to explain that "Banner", it's nothing to do with flags or banners, it comes from the irish words for policewoman "Bean Garda" :

Bean (Irish word for woman, pronounced BAN) Garda.

The term Bean Garda is not in use anymore (for maybe 6 years), all police are called garda (sing) and Gardaí (pl).

The pedant is strong in me today :)

I don't believe you did, either. If you look at it closely, the poster is 'speaking' as a typical Japanese person who isn't quite fluent in English would, ie. they tend to juxtapose the letters 'L' and 'R': "Prease don't rook", as in "Please don't look" -- they are talking about eroge. ;)
