I have an Origin account for some time as well. I have a couple of games on that, also because some need an Origin account, like Dragon Age:Origins and Mass Effect. It's also the only place to get Dragon Age 2 now and you need to activate it to there anyway. I don't have much problems with EA. I only get a newsletter from them with news from specific games and that's it. Contacted the support couple of times. Last time i did that was because i couldn't download Pineaccle station for Mass Efffect and i didn't got a key for bring down the sky. Got a key for bring down the sky and as for the other dlc, there was a problem at their servers and i should be able to download it next day. And that was indeed the case. It's not my most favourite company, but at least they got support, which i can't say from other companies, such as deep silver and dtp entertainment. And i'm not happy with nordic as well.
EA isn't that bad actually.
