One of the best baseball games ever made, has a huge following still. You can edit teams, players, etc. to create some fantastic seasons. Please GOG make it happen to work with windows 10 :)

Don't get your hopes up, for two reasons:

1. It sounds very much like a licensed title. Usually, licensed sports games have time limited licensing deals (often around 5 years) which, once expired, mean that the games can no longer be legally sold anywhere.

2. Given that it's a baseball game, it is probably almost exclusively of interest to Americans, and only to a subset of them at that. GOG is a Polish company with an international customer base, and are probably unlikely to throw resources at a game that they already know only a small fraction of their customers will be interested in. Games are frequently rejected by GOG as being "too niche". A baseball game certainly ticks that box.

And Canada, China, Japan, Puerto Rico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic.

In fact, Japanese fans put American fans to shame. We're crazy about the game; they are downright pathological! :P They don't have rain outs over there. XD

Your wrong Wishbone, baseball is huge now. Earl Weaver baseball did not use real baseball players. All teams were made up of names like Cincinnati rag dolls, etc. The beauty of the game you can edit all players names and stats and team names. I recreated my high school baseball team and schedule. The game is 25 years old. Still more fun than the modern games.

Congrats on winning it all last year, but you people need to stop strutting around acting like you are god's gift to the game. That makes three titles. Come back to me when you've matched St. Louis' eleven. :D

Pfft. Don't be a dick. Pretty sure pimpmonkey hasn't done that, at least here he hasn't.

This review says otherwise:

Also, it seems to be associated with MLBPA. You can't get more licensed than that.

I prefer 'Bustin' your balls' because this guy says it in "GoodFellas" right before Tommy beats the fuck out of him. :P

Really? You've travelled around the world and seen this for yourself? Because I can tell you that here, nobody knows or cares about baseball in the least. It's not shown on any TV channels, it's not reported on in any news media, nobody talks about it at all.

I think possibly your perception is slightly skewed by your location. Of course, mine might be as well, and Denmark could be the only country in the world not caught up in a baseball frenzy. However, if everyone I know around the globe are suddenly into baseball in a major way, they're keeping awfully quiet about it. The only people I ever see mentioning baseball from a point of personal interest are Americans.

He might be overdoing it a little, and his posts was a little rough. Read my reply to you. Baseball obviously doesn't have, and never will have, the global market soccer does, but it does have it's share of die hard fans, and they exist in all four corners of the planet.

Those countries I mentioned are BASEBALL CRAZY, however I obviously only named six countries. :P Will it ever span the universe, probably not, but in the same respect that happyaboutlife might be overstating it's popularity, I think you in turn might be slightly understating it.
