The base version of the game we get here "Dying Light The Following Enhanced Edition" was released quite some time afte the 'original' original.
It already includes The Following (story expansion in a new area) and Bozak Horde (a challenge mode).

I don't know about the rest, but it's very likely that they are integrated as well, Ultimate Survivor sounds familiar.

I confirm that they are included in the main installer, don't worry. They are listed in the Extras section to make it clear that they are included in the main game and you don't need to download them.

That's very confusing. It's the first I've heard of a game doing that. I hope they don't make a habit of it.

The "The Following Enhanced Edition" is some sort of Re-Release containing these DLCs. Some people were wondering why the DLCs were available on Steam, but not on GOG which was the case because they got integrated into the main game. I think this will remain an exception.

Much more annoying are the "fake" DLCs that plague many games, that is, when sometimes a game that has the soundtrack also inexplicably features a DLC for the game that doesn't seem to do anything.
