Despite my username I'm not a happy customer. I was until the DRM started creeping in though.

I think he was thinking of games such as Fallout 3+NV, Oblivion, Deus Ex HR+MD, Wolfenstein New Order+Old Blood+New Colossus, Prey and Dishonored 1+2+DotO; but these games are late, some of them for years and although some of them were AAA when released and some still are, gaming has moved on!

Interesting, when did this happen? Because, STEAM claims otherwise.
About it coming to GOG, I don't think that could happen, unless we also get cross-play, which might be problematic. For those that don't know, the game is singleplayer, but as players build outposts/infrastructure on the map, it populates the map for all other players. Which is why initially the game was called a wasteland, but slowly traversing the post-apocalyptic landscape gets easier for all players. Getting into the game now is much more eventful than it was at launch.

I'm happy with the selection of games offered by the GOG catalog.
I'm happy with old games running on my modern hardware.
I'm happy with DRM-FREE offline installers for my games.

It hasn't been a "DRM-free paradise" for quite a while now. I used to be a happy customer though, as the issues were relatively minor, and I was looking forward to buying Cyberpunk 2077 just before the release.
However, in the last two weeks GOG lost a lot in my eyes. First, by making the preload available to Galaxy users only. Then, deciding that some in-game content would require an online unlock, and the offline installer version would not be eligible for it: Galaxy was only ever supposed to be optional, these carrot-and-stick tactics made me hold off from buying CP2077 until the situation clears up. (That the game seems to suffer from numerous issues also helps to make this decision but I wouldn't hold it against CDPR otherwise, and would have bought it.)
I would still want to buy other games on GOG though during the current sale but what they did yesterday with the political censorship was the final straw. And that the company seems to completely neglect the customer community here makes it even worse: their strategy is clearly to just wait the whole thing over. This, and the contrived excuse that the censorship was in response to some nebulous "gamers" complaining make the whole situation all the more insulting. As a result, I can no longer see myself supporting GOG in any capacity nor recommending it to anybody, as I used to do.
So, to answer your question, no I'm not a happy customer.

Other than games published by GOG's sister company, I can't think of any triple A games on GOG. Not even double A's really.
Not that I would necessarily even want them, I'm here for good old games.

I'm happy with old games running on my modern hardware.
I'm happy with DRM-FREE offline installers for my games.
