Was it that obvious? I didn't try to make it hard. I just looked at some screenshots of it and tried to recreate it. I'm left handed so drawing with the mouse that I control in my right hand is a pain.

I mostly got it thanks to the ship... Dunno why, but when I saw it, I immediately thought of Symphony. Only then I realized the blocks in the upper part were supposed to be the spectrum of the song. The PacMan-like enemy kind of misled me, though... :D

That was my thought as well but the only thing on a Don Quixote game I found was this fairly funny mock-up and this hilariously epiv FMV game I had never heard about. Probably a minor character inspired by Sancho Panza in an unrelated game.
