Nope... not by a long shot. Quite different genre and art style. Probably the biggest similarity is that both these games are rendered in 2D.

My guess is that anyone having actually played the game will easily get it , so I'll refrain from posting further hints for the time being...

It kind of reminds me of some indie game like Beatbuddy Guardians, but I don't think that was it.
