Bump. To think that I expected this one to get solved quickly. :P

I think I know it, but don't have any time to draw at the moment, lol

But it is a bit of a stealthy game, I believe.

Wouldn't say so, no. What do you think it is? Just say it, in the worst case your turn will be up for grabs. :P

Stealth, Inc., but I see now that is wrong.

Wrong indeed.
Bump. Oh, come on, people. I don't wanna be responsible for another standstill. :P
Stealth Bastard?

zeogold: Stealth Bastard?
Lol. That's just a different title for the same game that Zacron guessed before you. :D
So not, that's not it.

Hint: the game on the picture is a lot older.

Stealth, Inc. is the second game. Stealth Bastard is the first one.
I honestly have no clue what it could be, it would help if I knew what system it was on or had another picture.
Under a Killing Moon?

No, Stealth Inc. is an alternate title for Stealth Bastard. I guess they had to remove the word "bastard" from the title to get onto PSN, the PC version retained the title Stealth Bastard. The sequel is actually titled Stealth Inc 2. Apparently they stuck with the censored title so they could use the same title on each platform this time.

It's a PC game.

And I'm pretty sure that you don't know the game if you didn't instantly recognize it. The character's appearance is quite faithful to how he appears in the game. I showed the pic to two non-GOG friends who know the game and they instantly knew which one it is.

viperfdl: Under a Killing Moon?
Nope. Newer.
