phandom: I know I have seen this somewhere. Is it from "Day of the Tentacle"?
You know I knew I have seen that cat somewhere and you hinting an adventure game just made me have a realization....

Exoanthrope: Nope, but close!
Isn´t that the cat in which innards resides a paper Max just has to reach with its hand xD ?

I´m heading to bed by the way, that´s why I skipped writing which of the many adventures, in case I´m right. So I´ll leave that for someone else.

That's it, the cute little hypercephalic kitten!

I think the game should be obvious by now, so whoever knows the name may take this turn.

Exoanthrope: I figured it was one of the Myst games. I played the first three, but I haven't tried much of Uru yet, I only recently got it on GOG. I'm not much of a multiplayer guy.
You actually can't play the GOG version multiplayer. When MYST Online: URU Live was originally cancelled, they took this version and modified it a bit to make it completely Single Player. It does show a bit, but it is absolutely incredible, and has one of the most fleshed out universes i've ever played in. I can't wait until I get my Oculus Rift and get it working in it.

Ooh, I actually didn't know that, I thought GOG had the multiplayer version, and looking it up I just noticed that Uru Live was re-released free to play. I'll start with the single player version now that I know. :)

And now I'm jealous of you again because Oculus Rift, though I'm stereo blind so I don't know if it would do me much good anyhow.

Man, I wouldn't know what to do if I was Stereo Blind, and I don't have my Rift yet, but I will be getting one for sure.

The Myst Online community is still alive and thriving, tho we are small right now. But yes, the version of URU found here is a complete game, with two awesome expansions, all built for single player.

On that note, think of Myst Online as a sequel to URU, as a ton of lore in the game now references URU as if it was in the past. It is absolutely astounding what they did there.

Zacron: It is, indeed, URU. Which is part of the MYST Series.

New picture from my phone, something ugly from me again.
Sam'n'Max (probably 'Hit the Road', but I think that kitty makes an appearance in the later installments as well)

Technically, LoboBlanco got it right, but he was purposely vague, but I can confirm that Sam 'n Max Hit the Road is correct.

It is indeed Hit the Road. I'd say it's your turn then.
Here's my next 'masterpiece'

Lord Tangle, barbed-wire God of red jellybeans.

Or it could be Bloodrayne.

Your second guess is correct.
And if you find the first game, let me know. It sounds interesting! :-)

MadyNora: This is a game themed chocolate painting of mine, hope it counts :)
(I know that the orentation is messed up, but I realized it too late >_>)
This is normal chocolate. I used toothpicks to paint, and a badly oriented reference image :D
I haven't checked this thread in days so I had to browse through a whole bunch of pages and then I found this.
That Baldur's Gate chocolate art is one of the best things I've seen in this thread ever, simply epic.
Not surprised to read you're a pastry chef, those are some serious skills.

I'm no pastry chef but coming from a dedicated chocolate nation, I see and experience a lot of chocolate so I have a deep rooted appreciation for such things. More!

Thank you very much, I really appreciate it :)
This was (so far) the most difficult painting of mine. But chocolate painting really is very easy to learn ;)
Just for you, here are some other non-gaming themed paintings of mine (hope it's ok to post them here..)
"Audrey" is my very 1st painting, it can be seen that it's a bit rough.

But to post something thread-related:
I don't know the game, but the car reminds me of a car I've seen on a chose-your-adventure book cover.

MadyNora: ...
These are all fabulous, so precise. Especially impressed by how you handled all the intricate parts such as the rose petals or O Sensei's beard. Immediately recognized the guy!

Anyway, thanks to you and grimwerk and everyone who keeps this thread going, I currently have no idea which game grimwerk's (very nicely) drawn racing car is related to so I'll sit back and watch.
