OK, so I'm pretty sure it's Berzerk. That's one of the few games ported to the Atari 2600 that were actually good.

I considered cutting out a couple more with the eye in different positions so I could animate them. I feel like the scrolling eye is the most memorable part of the Berzerk look. But I lack time.

I think the last time Berzerk appeared in this thread, the image was a smiley face. So I resisted reusing that bit.

Yeah, I was just stalling to get time to draw. I would like to see that when it's painted, though.
