Haven't played the games yet and I don't even know whether they are RPGs but your drawing instantly made me think of Time Gentlemen, Please! or Ben There, Dan That!.

A hint: The characters are wearing medieval-like armor, not casual clothes, I just can't draw armor at all xD

It seems nobody played it from here.... the "turn of the towers with keys, because they shoot fireballs to inoccent flying wizards" is one of the main quests =/

I think I played the game but can't remember the name. I guess it's either Wizardry 8 or one of the Might and Magic games.
