Marci87: I find ya!

So it must be Valdis Story: Abyssal City which I never heard of ;-)

cmdr_flashheart: Yup! :D

I was going to add this final drawing, which is of a guy you can see in GOG's game card of the game

Oh! I've heard of that game. Never played it though.
Makes me think japanese....Total War: Shogun?

I've just been reading Feist's Riftwar books, and there's a lesser character named Valdis. I'd not known it was an RPG, too, and I'd certainly not known that it's on GOG. Looks interesting, somewhat like Unepic, maybe.

Ace job drawing so many pictures to describe the game. Long rounds can be hard to take at times, but not when new images are appearing regularly. Then they're a nice change, I figure.

Also, well done, Marci87. I'd googled quite a bit, and I was still a lonnnng way off [months] from guessing correctly!

It's pretty fun if you like metroidvania games; there's some RPGness too with choosing character builds.

I think I am going to need another picture ^^ Can't think of anything.

Yeah, sorry it turned out hard, I honestly thought it wouldn't have!

Marci87: Should be easy enough to not go so long as the last one ;D
Lords of the Realm?

LoboBlanco: Lords of the Realm?
Exactly! I don't know if you spotted it but the name of the picture was somehow a clue.
The Two Towers is a Lord of the Rings book which is most popularly called LotR which can be expaned to Lords of the Realm.
Your turn ;-)

EDIT: BTW I spend so many fun hours playing that game :D

Actually, I didn´t even realized the word play :P
What made me got it at once was the circular ceiling, after watching that so many times when I used to play it, it got stuck :P

Ok, next one...

My first thought was Syndicate but I don't think it's a good answer... I don't remember such a scene but the atmosphere seems to be somewhat similar.

Aw man, I was unlucky to come here too late. I knew the game right away, in fact that cauldron is as obvious a clue as possible. To add insult to injury that's the game I've been playing for several weeks.

You can see both players in this scene are amateurs because there isn't a single archer or crossbowman in either army. Those pikemen don't stand a chance against the boiling oil, tho. :)

Indeed it is very syndicate-y, especially the building on the left and the huge transport vehicle. I'm guessing Loboblanco pictured Syndicate Wars.
That building also reminds me a bit of a few scenes on Tatooine (Star Wars) and Mass Effect 1 but the rest of the image doesn't fit either.

Reminds me of the intro sequence of Operation Stealth (aka James Bond 007: The Stealth Affair).

Edit: Aaaand it is. I don't like to brag but... I haven't played this game since 1993 and only watched the intro on YouTube a single time since, a year or two ago. Color me proud.

Okay, I can't think of a good pic right now. Whoever wants to can take my turn.
That was a nifty pic, and an excellent guess!

Next: I'll start a bit obscure (though memorable for me) and work up to something more easily recognized.

American McGee's Alice! Not the Sequel, but the original one! One of the first characters you meet I do believe.
If I am correct, I'll post something tonight. :)
