No.
The green portrait is a hint.

Edit: It wasn't my turn, I'll just give the answer, then:
Fallout Tactics.

ruzenqures: Let me try with this one then :)
The bell is courage.
The book is truth.
The candle is love.

I still remember this stuff from the 80s.
Ultima IV.

edit: I don't remember what I was supposed to do with these items, though. Also, I'm not really sure who the wizard is. Looks a bit like wacky Nicodemus from Ultima 6.

My first though was "Majesty", the very first mission was "The Bell, the Book, and the Candle" but grimwerk's answer seems to be more probable.

It could be that the three objects are coincidence. Candles and books are common enough wizard possessions. Bells, though...

edit: Ahh, I misunderstood and just looked up Majesty! You could very well be right. I feel like that mission title must be a homage to U4. Do you recognize his wizard drawing?

Yeah, it is definitely a homage, there are a lot of them in Majesty AFAIR. But no, I do not recognize the wizard. Obviously there are many wizards in this game but I don't remember any in this mission.

Majesty is correct :) well done!
Aha, nicely done, Ghorpm.

Had you not guessed correctly I would've been scratching my head!
It's pretty ugly but at least easy to recognize (I hope so)

Ah, I get it. "Genes" in a *blue* tube. Obviously it's a play of words, it's Blue Jeans!

Seriously now, to me it could be pretty much anything involving genes. I'm not quite sure what this blue tube or canister is supposed to be exactly. I'll do the stupid thing and guess a game I haven't ever played: Geneforge!

You see? I told you it would be easy :D It's indeed Geneforge and you can find some canisters (they are even called like that) that change your genes.

Blue Jeans - LOL
Next un.

Sad fact: while drawing this abomination I accidentally wrote over a character design I had worked on for an hour and a half.
