s23021536: a tiny hint perhaps?
It's a point & click adventure game in the traditional sense, but the game itself is not very old, though the graphics are kind of "rudimentary". There's Hitler in it. The item (and it's really gross if you think about it) should be obvious for anyone who has played it, for those who haven't, not so much.

There. Not a "tiny" hint, but I don't want to hold up the draw & guess game!

I haven't played this game yet but most probably you are reffering to Time Gentlemen, Please! (or Ben There, Dan That)

Yes, in Time Gentlemen, Please! it's a skeleton hand used for taking a sample of Hitler's feces, bloody from his hemorrhoids, so that you can fool a DNA scanner. It's your turn!

It's not a hyperbole though - it can really happen in the game (without any dialog) and it's one of the most frustrating moments.
I never played any of the god games, is it Black & White?

Nope.

I must admit I'm a bit surprised that it's so hard to guess. You can buy this game here and while its high position on the bestselling list is somewhat artificial I've seen on the subforum that quite a lot of users actually played it. There were some discussions about second scene too!
Paladin become a Fallen just because one of his party members drank too much alcohol and it doesn't ring a bell? Seriously? What's up with you guys? ;)

Finally! Thanks a lot!

The first scene is from a Moathouse - Lubash (ogre) can be bypassed if you wear eye of flame cloaks.
The second - your paladin will become a fallen just because one of your party members takes part in drinking contest. Utterly ridiculous!
