grimwerk: I suspect you were intending to reply to me. Just in case it isn't clear, we're guessing at the attachment images, though you have correctly identified my forum avatar! You can find screamers on the floor immediately below the Hall of Champions. I wonder how they taste.

Goatbrush: All this time I thought your avatar was from Day of the Tentacle.
Yikes. The Maniac Mansion aesthetic never appealed to me much, and so I've pretty much ignored Day of the Tentacle since it arrived. I remember seeing the box often enough, so one of my brothers must have played it.

grimwerk: I remember a robot character appearing in fairly recent bundles. I think the letter C was in the title of the game. Not as part of a word, a standalone letter C. Hopefully this will point one of you in the right direction.

edit:
Constant C
Yep! Your turn.
If you recognize this, music will probably start playing in your head.

SpooferJahk: Ok, the game was the DOS shoot 'em up, Silpheed.
Something is wrong with this world. D:
Why was Silpheed not instantly recognized. T_T

Perhaps (And I'm guessing here) Musaic Box.
(Basing my guess of the box with the flower...)

How many ages hence shall this our lofty scene be acted over
In states unborn and and accents yet unknown

(I would've recognized the hell out of Silpheed.)

No, it's not Musaic Box, though I played it once and found it very well done. I don't remember the flower bit, but I don't remember many specifics, so this is unsurprising.

I've never played it, but a bit of googling led me to believe that it is Beetle Adventure Racing!, which I am currently having a really groovy time listening to its soundtracks on youtube.

Google skills!

Yes, you're totally right. Good thing too, as I couldn't think of anything else to draw (except for an obvious beetle!)

I listened to the Coventry Cove track as I drew this.
My quick MSterpiece.

Nope.

There is a barrel below the foot and this leg is... pretty long ;)

Now, but I can see why you think so.

HINT: It's a game over screen. The main character was standing on this barrel before, you know, the giant foot squashed him ;)
