Excellent pic.

If that 2 stands for 2 years, I'm going to guess Eschalon Book 1, as that's how long it takes to blast/bash open any door or container in that game.

You got it down what's happening in the picture, but the game is not Eschalon.

Hint: the objects that are in the pic appear in the game pretty much how they look here (although less inaptly rendered, obviously).

Hint the Second: the number is a damage floater.

Hint the Third: Still nothing? The game is available on GOG.

Yes, it is indeed Fallout, the first to be specific. Compare my drawing to the Screenshots here, and you'll get it.
