Densetsu: Ok then, I'm taking this round.

Tell me which game is this related to:
Obsidian and I'm dead certain about it. Proof

Lifthrasil: So, a recent game with the hint being a scene from a Slovenian TV-commercial.
That's what I thought - and then BAM, a 1996 adventure game. <.<
I think it's pretty obvious that I got it right so I'll just post a new picture. Should be very easy to guess ;)

Prince of Persia (one of the newer ones. Sands of Time or something like it)

Of course it is! I'm just playing Warrior Within and hence the picture but I only wanted you to name the franchise because I didn't include anything which could indicate which part I meant.
Right-o. Here's my new work of art.

100,000 FOR USING THE FORCE

I've often wondered how the graphics for this game were generated. Was the screen a standard CRT or was it a special screen built to display vectors?

edit: Because it looks a little like an oscilloscope in X-Y mode. And there are those weird characteristic bright points at intersections and the ends of lines.

Don't know whether it had special vector screens or whether they used standard CRTs. But yes, some relation to oscilloscopes was noticeable. :-)

Your turn since you obviously recognized the game (even if you didn't name it) :-)

Got to love other people's drawing skills :)
Just in case someone didn't get the 'using the force' reference and the discussion about vector graphics, the game was Star Wars. (The arcade game - which was later ported to many platforms of that time)

I use to play that cabinet as a kid, your drawing is WAY TOO GOOD.

They had arcade cabinets when you were a kid? I thought they had just introduced the steam engine back then or something. *badum tsh* Anyway, getting closer to pinpoint your age, location and soon your name and appearance. You better watch out.

Nothing. Copper Harbor is small enough that one missile will do. *cackles manically and hacks into the next missile base* :-)
