First one -> Not Good Do Not Defend It.

Second one -> Acceptable. You May Defend It. It Was Not Actually What Was Said Though So There's No Point.

I said "your girlfriend" in the context of Splatterhouse. "Your" implies clearly that I was talking about a specific and fictitious scenario with a specific fictitious girlfriend character who is obviously the girlfriend of the protagonist of this particular game - everyone got that (especially Austrobogulator whom I was addressing with that post and who didn't grab me by my throat for calling his girlfriend a bitch). Thus it is illegitimate to accuse me of suggesting that any girlfriend (or woman) is a bitch, even in case of my first statement. :p

Anyway, I don't get all the weird reactions. It was a *completely* sarcastic post in *every* possible way. :p

I think the reason people may be upset, and rightly so, is that in this day and age the politically correct term for a girl of that nature is "cunt". "Bitch" went out in the 80s. Get with it or find another forum!

I understand the context you wrote it in. Still, as it exists, (independantly of you - I don't want you to feel the need to defend yourself or explain your own motivations because I know that we are all good people) this statement is strongly offensive and should be publicly denounced without objection.

No one ever felt the need to make a "games with sequels released in the same year" list either.

All I could think of was Duck Hunt which had a dog and shooting but no sequel.

Yeah, the hole picture. Made by a well known developer, released before August 1998. About rescuing a dog, and had a sequel in the same year.

I'll also add that it's a puzzle game.
