Hmm, a difference from earlier insomnia sales is that the amounts of copies on the sale don`t seem to increase in the second round.

Some of them were increased. At least, I know Sam & Max went from 400 in the first round to 800 in the second.

And so did Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (400 in first, 800 in second).

Actually, I just noticed after comparing lists that some games had less in the second round. It seems to be a little random.

Same case with X-Wing which got to 400 from 200.
