It is a good game. It's much better than the glitch infested first game.

Being honest, it's not a bad place to start. You do miss out on the origin of 47 and why he's called that if you skip the first game, but Hitman 2 is more polished in a lot of ways. If you really like stealth it's great, but there is a background story that continues in the series.

Hitman: Silent Assassin is the best of the three on GOG in my opinion. If you haven't played it before then do consider it. Not going to ask you to BUY IT NOW though, that is up to you. :)

LynetteC: On a side note, I just spotted Ether One at 50%. It may not be in the Insomnia sale but it's worth every penny. If you like Myst type games, you NEED this in your collection. :-)

I agree with you.
This game is really great.

Also nearly all puzzles are optional. So it can be played as a walk simulator if anyone prefers that style.
