trentonlf: I got you covered, will get it when I see it again :)
LOL, I don't know why I didn't think of talking to you first :D Anyway, I'll be around for a while, will let you know if I have to go. Thanks for the assistance, as always, Joe ;)

BillyMaysFan59: hmm, Monkey Island is selling rather slow compared to the other LucasArts games
Not surprising. It was the weakest-selling out of the original 6 LucasArts games.

Shendue: It's the Special Edition. People seem not to like it for whatever reason.
Well that's a shame. I played it not too long ago myself, and I thought it was pretty great.

Celton88: Surprised that Monkey Island isn't going faster.

Shendue: It's the Special Edition. People seem not to like it for whatever reason. I don't like the enhanced graphics art style myself, but it still contains the original, so go figure.
I think just about everyone that has even heard of Monkey Island has it in some form or another already.

Well, maybe a couple of newborns have yet to buy it, but...

Cheers!

IAmSinistar: That was great! I think it was 18,000 copies. And to add to the absurdity, a few people actually managed to buy it during the scant seconds it was up. Which caused a little problem, because GOG didn't actually have permission to put it on sale like that. :D
I think they had permission to sell 18 copies (Hence why the numbers were dropping by the thousands).

Oh, that's nice then. Good that GOG didn't get into a kerfuffle over it.

Meanwhile, this Neverending Nightmares thing. Really does what it says on the tin.

Because it is NOT an original LucasArts game.
Neverending nightmare sale.

ok thanks, although this might be a trick just to get me to stay awake?
Well, Torchlight went by much faster than Monkey Island.

What a twist!

Cheers!

goplanet: Because it is NOT an original LucasArts game.
Indeed and neither are the original LucasArts games 6; context is key here. I was talking about the original 6 LucasArts games that were released on GOG.

Okay, I know I'm getting punchy now. I'm doing the thing where you reload the page to watch the bars go down quickly.

The original and the sequel are probably still the best point-and-click adventures ever made, so it's pretty odd that lesser known ones are more sought after.
Maybe younger people never heard of them? They made 5 of them tho, so it's pretty odd.
