Ragnarblackmane: Tempted to write a review for Hammerwatch "Despite name, distinct lack of Dwarves. Am disappoint." but gog's review system is already borked, don't need to make it worse.
Funny ;)

That's it for me. Selfishly I hope hammerwatch and LoG are just wrapping up when I get up in the a.m., but for all y'all's sakes, hopefully it moves a bit faster than that!

Good luck with the crits and the queue!

The_Blog: I just found this yesterday and I thought I might aswell share it here since it might come in handy. I already posted this yesterday here but since many were asleep then I thought it makes sense to post it again. This is not meant as promotion or anything! :)
The site Rainwave is basicly a internet radio for video game soundtracks.

There are 5 different stations:
All = Mix of the songs from all the tracks
Game = Official Game Sountracks
Chiptune = Chiptune tracks and OST's
OC Remix = All official OC Remix tracks
Covers = Official or fanade covers

The site also features a voting system. When you have an account on that site you can vote from a selection of 3 different songs which one should be played next. But you use the site perfectly fine without any account neccessary.
You can also hear the stations in you preferred media player via mp3.m3u or ogg.m3u. I personally use Foobar2000 but you should be able to use anything aslong as it is capable of using the m3u format.

I use the site mainly as a kind of jukebox thing in the background. It is nice in the way that basicly all songs are Video game soundtrack related. I personally either here the Game station or the OC Remix station.
One thing I have to mention is that you cannot download the songs through the site due to copy right reasons. All the OC Remix tracks are free and legally available through their official site though! So if you like a song just google it and you might find it.
No audio for me. Happened yesterday too. :(

truhlik: I just noticed, that we have FRESH and FRESH TOO on main page. Nicely done, GoG :)
avatar
MarkoH01: Yes, nice play of words. They couldn't translate this to German though (I just looked). Its telling there "fresh" and "more fresh".
yes, frisch und noch frischer would be sound a little strange for pc games ^^

ktchong: Is GOG gonna have a final round in which ALL the games on the list will be available all-at-once? (Like GOG usually did in the past; but there was once that GOG actually did not have a final day that put up everything on sales... the sales just ended.)
GOG's encore sale days occur during the standard seasonal promo sales events where every day a set number of game bundles are offered for sale, then in the middle of the promo they usually have an "all bundles day" where they offer up all of the bundles planned for the entire promo on one day for those who missed them or who don't have a chance to check every day, then they usually repeat that all-bundles promo again at the end on the last day as an encore.

The Insomnia sale is structured quite differently in such a way that it's hard to see how they could structure an encore for the games offered up in limited quantities. They have not done an encore day in the 2 previous Insomnia sales so I wouldn't expect to see one this time either, but they do not always publicize all of the details of how a given promo is going to unfold ahead of time either so we really don't know with absolute certainty unless they tell us in a news release or similar, or a GOG employee comments about a question someone asks in the forums with a definitive answer.

Having said that, I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for an Insomnia encore day though. :)

Ragnarblackmane: radiorivendell.com is an excellent streaming site for fantasy soundtracks, I used to listen to it nonstop when rping on NWN servers.
Thanks guys for the heads up about both sites :).

Tarnicus: ...interaction here....
avatar
opticq: Wow, reading that thread just makes me upset and not want to give out any more codes in those ninja threads :/
I agree that is not cool.
I might as well make myself some breakfest since those two games will be both up for at least two hours yet to come.

That is strange. Are you sure the audio slider on the site isn't turned down. It might take a while for the site to connect to the relays.

foxworks: Well, this fox is off to bed for the next few hours. Currently on the look out for Legend of Grimrock II for DyNaer. Best of luck all! :D
Dwarf Leader reporting in, keeping an eye out for LoG II.

Yes it is, tried mute/unmute button too, any region locking being done on it? Progress bar keeps moving though.

Visited that site linked in spam threads, it's an Asian casino site for online gambling. But it's located in USA and started less than 2 months ago.

Were there any funny comments when Tarnicus rep switched to 666? It was mentioned before that this would happen soon but it didn't while I was awake.

All the shame in the world to the bot attacker - hope you find this funny and feel yourself like a real man - OMG! :(
