No, we've determined that it doesn't matter at all. It's pre-determined. So clicking at a certain time, or a million times in a row has no effect.

It's not on my wishlist or anything but I've always been curious about it. I'm always tempted to take a flier on it and give it a shot but it always comes up when I already have a game or two to play and / or I've already grabbed something I've really wanted.

Hope you get a better answer than that. And if you do get it - impressions in real time, Sir!
