i signed in on this site just for this VERY post. Open your dosbox conf file (by default in windows, in your user folder\appdata\local\dosbox), go near the end of the file, in the [dos] section, and change your keyboardlayout= value.
Auto should be fine, but you can change it manually if it doesn't.
