Just bought Screamer 2, and the settings are quite easy to miss, it's hidden within the drop down arrow on the game list.

But I found it anyway and holy crap, this game is gorgeous!!! Not up par to today's standard 3D though, but it's 90's game, and I played this game when I was a kid, and seeing it in its full 3D accelerated glory blew my mind off!!!

Now because of this I'm currently seeking for 3DFX enabled dos games within GOG, can anyone recommend me some good ones?

Archimedean Dynasty, Descent 2 and Carmageddon are the only ones as far as I know.

While Archimedean Dynasty ran okaish, Carmageddon ran terribly slow.

Tried my cdrom version a few years back but either my slow pc couldn't handle it or Dosbox 3dfx emulation wasn't up to it, software rendering ran fine though.

Also talking about Blue Byte, maybe Battle Island Incubation had 3dfx too, not sure about it though.

And yes Archimedean Dynasty is awesome, some of the best worldbuilding I've ever experienced in a game.

Nope, its actual buildings are in Poland (which means you can totally go visit from Russia) and payments pass through the UK (afaik)-only thing that's in Cyprus are its accountants, and for some reason gog uses that address in its emails (no idea why).

Tax evasion, I think.

There are several other builds and extra that allows for better 3D in DosBox, can't remember one of the names now, though... If you manage to get one of those they should provide a better experience than vanilla Dosbox.

vogons.org will have more on this if you're interested. Cyprus has laws that some companies are favouring, among others XD

Another one is the first Tomb Raider. But I'm not sure if I would recommend it. Of course the 3DFX version is a big improvement to the original vga graphics, but still not nice to look.

Well, that's probably it. Even though I do live in Cyprus (yup: that "from Cyprus" part is the real deal) I'm pretty much outside the economy domain, so I didn't know whether Cyprus was truly considered a tax paradise like the likes of Cayman islands outside the island itself -looks like it indeed does. As far as I knew Cyprus nowadays produces 2 things - halloumi (a very good cheese) and accountants (a profession which I personally tend to look down upon, perhaps unfairly so, but still I see it as number-crunching...)...

I am no expert but probably it's because the Tax Treaties ("Double Tax Agreements") were signed between Poland and Cyprus in 1992 with amendments made in 2012.
As for the Cayman the first agreements came into force in 2013 (5 years after GOG establishment)
