So, has anyone here actually gotten the new Doom game? How is it? I was dying to get it, but I decided against it because the price in Brazil is simply ridiculously high and I refuse to pay it. So, waiting until a decent sale it is.

The game is looking pretty good nevertheless and I am more excited than I should about its single player content.

I played the multiplayer beta, had a bit of fun, but hell if I am going to care about multiplayer even the slightest.

Multi looks bad, single looks good.... I will buy it on the first sale or not :P

Review copies were with-held under lame excuses and the beta had negative reviews. Not gonna reward them with full price purchase after that. Couldn't buy FP anyway, but good to not reward bad practices right?

I noticed another review to the right and to be honest I'd rather GOG had Gunman Chronicles than DOOM 4.
It wouldn't be better for GOG but after reading the DOOM 4 preview you posted I can't help it.

Gunman chronicles does seem interesting.

RPS highlights a different game every day in their "Have You Played ..." articles.
I really like them.

Sad but hardly a surprise, not sure why some may peoples were apparently sure it wouldn't use it...

Well I hardly bought any AAA games nowadays because of online activation DRM...but having said DRM becoming unremovable (at least for the time being) will definitely not help increase this number.

I just hope that this Denuvo craze will not negatively impact Gog ability to release newer games.

Customizable weapons, interesting maps and story with oddball enemies makes it a great old FPS.

Yeah it's a good idea. Too often big game media outlets focus too much on new games.

I find it funny that people complained about the beta, Doom wasn't even about Multiplayer to begin with but rather about Singleplayer.

SnapMap is epic thou.
