GOG's new policy came as a shock to most, but I for one am not surprised by this move. GOG has a clear history of consistently working towards the best interests of gamers, such as their hard-lined DRM-Free policy, so this seems to be the next natural step for their amazing storefront. I think it's safe to say that gamers have been complaining [non-stop] about the refund policies from various online stores (Steam, etc), and even physical console makers like Sony and Nintendo, so now that GOG has risen above and beyond the duties of a small game retailer, feel free to pay some respect to their extremely awesome new refund policy. That being said ... DON'T ABUSE THE REFUND POLICY OR I WILL COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND KICK YOU DIRECTLY IN THE BALLS!!
* I can't believe I have to explain this... but the last sentence was a joke. I'm not actually going to kick you in the balls.
