To my knowledge, no. However it wouldn't be hard to write a script to read all the gog ini files and produce a zip file you could extract and restores all your saves.

I think I saw somewhere some guy created offline save game backups in this forum, though. Use the function and link it to, say, Dropbox. Voila, online saves. You might want to search for it.
(for me it'd be nightmare... thankfully Steam cloud saves the day for me)
