"A friend of mine is writing a Master's thesis on emotional games. :) She's currently gathering answers to several short questions about people who play those games, are interested in them, or have played them by accident.
There are two open questions, but short answers are fine.

Okay I did, and I took it seriously...for once. Though I'm not sure KOTOR counts as emotional it does constantly ask you to choose between selfishness and selflessness.

GOG is probably not the best place to look for under 30's :P.

In terms of emotional games my favourite is definitely TWD, I'm going through season 2 at the moment and woke up family members when a certain character showed up again.
