227: The Happening. No matter how badly I screw up or fail in life, I can always find solace watching it and recognizing that, "Hey, at least I didn't create The Happening."

OK, I'll bite. What can be worse than that?

The Airbender piece of shit.

I think Avatar the Last Airbender and After Earth are easily worse. Especially After Earth. It's just boredom and nonsense, with no usual Shyamalan wackiness to keep you awake. Other than the so-stupid-it's-awesome name of Will Smith's character - Cypher Rage.

CYPHER RAGE!

Manos, Hands of Fate.
Anything related to Mr. Bean works, really.

JDelekto: Manos, Hands of Fate.
Plan 9 from Outer Space

and

Police Academy 6
Actually, when you say "feel-good" movies, if you mean movies that have good replay value, there are several that come to mind; however, a couple I have seen recently are:

The Fifth Element
The Running Man
Demolition Man
The Hudsucker Proxy
Shawshank Redemption

I have to say that Shawshank Redemption is my favorite on that list.
The Princess Bride

"Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father, prepare to die."
”電車男”("Densha Otoko")。
Dead Poets Society
Rudy (even though I'm not into sports)
Good Will Hunting
National Treasure.
Last Action Hero.
Tron Legacy.
Batman Trilogy.
Pirates Trilogy.
300.
Con Air x2.
Under Siege 2.
Cable Guy.
The Incredibles.
Gladiator.
Lethal Weapon series.
Tropic Thunder.

bad_fur_day1: Silence of the Lambs... weird I know.

<snip>

Tropic Thunder.
I think we should have a contest where we take this list and try to create a couple paragraphs using each of the movie titles.
That will be easy because I'll list every movie ever made as a feel good movie.

The Thomas Crown Affair, Body of Lies, Matrix Trilogy, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Road to Perdition, 3:10 to Yuma, Pacific Rim, The Goonies, Twister, Daylight, Cliffhanger, Die Hard, Die Hard 3, Dante's Peak, The Witches of Eastwick, Heat, Collateral, Iron Man, Iron Man 3, The Avengers

I'll stop now.

And Vertical Limit and Troy. Just incase.

Peaceful Warrior

What caught my eye was the unusual title and after watching the movie it sort of changed my life. I return to a few interesting scenes once in a while to keep the important parts in memory. The book is better though.

A warning, it's about spiritual self-help stuff in case anyone really dislikes that.

If I want to feel good and like a child again, my go-to movie(s) is Star Wars Old Trilogy.
