tfishell: Do we know that Sony has the rights (via Psygnosis), or is it possible that WB could have them since "In 2009, Surreal Software was among the Midway Games assets purchased by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment"? I assume it all depends on the publishing contract.

EDIT: Okay,
this seems to confirm Sony.

"Thanks pmache. I certainly don’t have a problem with you using assets from Drakan, but I also don’t technically own the rights to the game (Sony Computer Entertainment does), so unfortunately you’ll have to take it up with them."
Two more things:
1) The Drakan wikipedia page mentions:
As of 2015, there is still no further title in this series, and most likely none will ever be released, as Surreal Software, the owners of the Drakan series, were bought by Warner Bros. However, all of Surreal's IPs up until their prior purchase by Midway Games, went to previous publisher Sony Computer Entertainment, which would include Drakan. Granted, there is no citation, but you'll have to wonder where he got that bit of info.
2) The Drakan sequel (PS2-only) was actually published by Sony themselves.
