hello everybody!
I managed to get the developer of the indie game Distortions to submit this game to gog.
Distortions looks like a fun, colorful, innovative, creative, artistic little gem and I'd love to see this here on our favorite gaming site.
check out the official website and if you like what you see don't forget to vote on the already existing wishlist!

Okay, that website is pretty awful and your description isn't that great either.

So: Tell me about the game, but for real.

Agreed. After three reload rounds in uMatrix allowing more third party stuff I gave up. Why can't people just make a clean website with some info.
Am I crazy or is that a giant prehistoric bowling ball?

It looks like the prequel to Big Lebowski.

But seriously, it could be good.

to tell the truth: I haven't played that game yet because I'd rather buy it on gog than on steam. but I've watched a few episodes of a let's play and I do think it looks promising.
of course their website isn't as professional as those of big companies, this is a small indie developer.
I do think this game deserves a chance.

It's not that. They just have to make the site clean and give some concrete info. At the moment there are just vague walls of text, and other than it being an story-driven adventure connected to music, the website didn't tell me much what the game is about.
Compare to this indie developer for example:
http://www.swingswingsubmarine.com/games/

Regarding the game itself, I like the artwork. Might not be my cup of tea, but wouldn't hurt to see it on GOG.

It was made with an online script provided by a free website provider:

meta name="generator" content="Wix.com Website Builder"

I'm showing text on top of text and text over pictures in Firefox 60.0.1.

Fails validation:

*shrug* Seen worse.....

It's more of an issue of whoever put the site together didn't double check after they were done. Or at least that's what it looks like to me.

*shrug* Skimming the forums, English not being their first language may also be an issue. No offense to those folks.
If I had my way I would force the majority of websites on the internet back to html. Or the style where they were made in a straightforward and obvious construction.

ie Bring back the use of tables instead of incorrectly coded css? *sigh* You're not the only one with that dream.
Guys thanks very much for making this post.
You guys are the best.
Yhea to be honest we are just 4 devs that make this game during our free time. We are working on this trough the last 9 years. I made almost all the game and the stuff related to ir, and i don´t know how to code. That´s why I used wix to make it.
Wix it´s a tool that help people to create sites.

Thanks for the feedback.

As soon I will have some time I will try to update the site.

we are trying to release the game on gog as well.

By the way somebody know anyone at gog that could help us out?
Thx
